I recently ordered a quantity of Neutrik XLRs from Zack electronics. As you may know, there are many variations in these connectors. After I received my order, I found some of the connectors shipped were not the part number I ordered. I emailed customer service with an explanation of what happened, and they sent replacements to me almost immediately. The rep I was dealing with was very responsive and friendly.
