I had to call in a few days later and inquire further, only then to be told the tool had been ordered from back east. This would add another 5-7 days until shipment from your facility. I cancelled the order at that point and received my refund promptly. Please update customers as to any anomalies with their orders, we shouldn't have to wait around in the dark and have to call you to get an update."
