"Purchased a tonneau cover for Tacoma and it's fine but for the rest of my build I will be avoiding ExtremeTerrain. I tried to order a different cover that had a banner on it with 20% coupon code on it but the code didn't work. I talked to customer service and they were friendly and admitted it was a mistake. They offered to apply a discount to the cart and free stickers/banner(don't really want). I thought it would be the 20% but was barely 4%. Worst part is, even after knowing about the mistake, the product still has the banner up 2 weeks later. I took screen shots to post on review sites about the deceptive advertising. Making a mistake happens but leaving it up implies to me that they are intentionally trying to trick people."

"Bumper arrived quickly and well packaged. Excellent quality and the logo backlight definitely rocks! Just a couple of installation points. In the Tools Required (sockets) and in some of the Steps the sizes are in mm not inches (Jeeps are Made in the USA). When the instructions referred to 15mm bolts, only a 3/4" socket would work. The toughest part was removing the old bumper. Actually had to cut bolts to get the old toe hook off. And a 1/4" drill bit hole isn't quite big enough to feed the backlight wiring jacket through. I did appreciate the fact that the LED backlight was pre-installed on the bumper (scratch Step 4).

"Purchased and ordered Rough Country side steps for our new 2023 Gladiator. While they arrived quickly, in a sealed box, they were missing the hardware. ie nuts, bolts, washers, etc. Had to call Extreme Terrain and had to send them pics of the box and parts I did receive and the hardware package was then shipped to me several days later. The only installation issue was that the powder coating had accumulated into some of the threaded holes in the steps which made screwing the bolts in quite difficult. Overall we are very pleased with this product. My wife is able to get into the cab much easier and the steps match the contour side lines of the Gladiator. They also hide the pinch welds along the bottom of the truck. Steps are very sturdy and do not sag or bend when putting weight on them. Seems like a very strong design and they look fantastic. "

They sent me a replacement which also was a privious return and also arrived damaged. No discounts given for the waste of time. I will not be a returning customer. "
