"Hardware was missing and had to provide my own. This was supposed to come with carriage bolts, and it didn’t. Some of the hardware received with the kit was coated and some wasn’t, for the price of the product I would expect consistent color schemes, as well as all the parts needed to be included. "
"My 2023 Jeep JL EcoDiesel came with HCD headlights and turn signals. I ordered LED sequential signals without realizing the difference between the two systems. They were advertised as plug and play. The headlights swapped out without a hitch and work perfectly, but the website never said that there were two different turn signal options available. New parts on the way. Thanks Extremeterrain."
"I ordered a set of Old Man Emu rear leaf springs and they promised a Saturday delivery. As soon as I got the tracking information it sprung a delay and said it would be delivered Monday.
Not a huge time frame difference but enough that it screws up my plans to get this work done.
I would consider a different avenue if time is an issue."
