The website is very easy to navigate and all of their products are clearly marked with details, features, and pricing. It did not take me long to make a selection and the customization process was very streamlined and well explained. "I have bought 2 systems from XoticPC. The website and PC customizer is easy to use/understand and I prefer it over the UI of similar companies.

My only complaint is that Xotic has decreased in variety of options over the years. For example, you used to be able to customize with a 3rd party GPU (like Rog Strix 1080) but it seems that they now only offer Nvidia reference cards. Which are great cards! But not the greatest options in the market. I believe RAM offers have suffered similarly, with less configuration options for ram speed, dual vs x4 RAM sticks, etc. I also wish Xotic shared more specific information about some of their hardware options (like comparing motherboard features); however anyone spending serious money on a PC probably knows how to Google parts to compare.

XoticPC carefully fills the case with multiple inflating cushion bags. GPU, cooler, motherboard, etc are very well protected during shipping, and the packaging is easy to remove without leaving behind any junk like packing peanuts.

The Windows install is fresh with no bloatware or the crazy junk that companies like Dell preload on their machines. Plug and play!

"The website is easy to use, so that's a plus. The descriptions are okay, maybe a little light for a first time buyer. But honestly, there are a couple things lacking. For example, if a GPU requires a certain MOB, then it should not let you chose it without the additional upgrade, or if the MOB you chose has a max RAM frequency of 3600 mhz, then you should not have the option of 4000 mhz RAM chips. I'm addition, if you are gonna give away free shirts, then in the order screen there should be an option to chose the size, otherwise, if I am a XXL, and you send me a medium, then not only is it a waste, but frustrating.

Also, you offer several forms of financing, which is GREAT, but not split payments? Meaning if I am approved for 2k dollars, that's ALL I can spend... if I wanted to build a 2800 dollar unit, I can't use my 2k approval and supplement the remainder on a credit card? Seems to me like you would lose sales that way, as I ended up trimming down my build to my approval amount, and ordered the upgrades I cut from Amazon....

I am overall happy with my purchase, and anxious to see it built and shipped, but the experience could have been better for sure. Work on these improvements, and I promise, not only will sales go up, but so will customer satisfaction ratings.
