"County Court Judgement!!! WARNING DO NOT USE

This company now has a County Court Judgement against it for not settling a customer complaint. The judge found in favour of the claimant and against World of Accessories.

They are also in breach of the court order as they have failed to pay the moneys that the court ordered them to pay.

You judge if they are a good company to deal with. Use them at your peril.

"I agree with all of the negative reviews here. I paid for goods that I never received and when I enquired about this the guy said it was my fault as I had not included a postcode. This was dumb as his website insists on a postcode before letting you order anything, so could not be the case.

Then he got aggressive and abusive saying that I should grow up and admit my mistakes. When I pointed out that I must have input a postcode as his site insists on it he said to stop harassing him and he was blocking my emails from that point on.

I am now talking to trading standards and getting legal advice.

Would not give any stars unless I had to

"I have never ever dealt with such a bad company or such a rude person before (Richard). Firstly my order never arrived which was blamed on me then when I finally recieved another one a month later it was broken to which i emailed and was supplied with a refund code and address which i sent and still havent recieved my refund or new charger, when i asked for my refund by email I got a very unpleasant email getting personal about how i had a job, very upsetting. All there reviews on there website are fake as if you read all of the reviews on here you will clearly see how unprofessional this company is and to avoid them. I wish i had read the reviews before now i am out of pocket."

"The twin charger purchased before Christmas as a gift blew up in a puff of smoke soon after, on complaining I was told " Hi the law states we only have to offer 7 day and we offer 4 weeks so Im sorry we will not extend that period" no concern shown for the products safety at all. "I ordered an iphone 3gs charger from them. On their website they claimed it was genuine- IT IS FAKE! After less tthan 2 months it doesn't work and my phone recognised it was a fake and told me 'charging is not supported by this accessory'! THEY ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON- PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY!"

"I really wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered my In car Chargers, I would never had ordered from them if i had. Unfortunately due to my own fault I ordered the wrong chargers, I have to say they were delivered in a timely fashion. But I needed to return them so I emailed them requesting an authorisation number as they requested on their website. After a couple of emails I still had no authorisatoion number, although I did get a reply stating I could return them but they were unable to refund the postage which was fine. I decided to ring up & get an authorisation number over the phone to get their goods back to them, I was calm & polite as I had no reason not to be. The man who answered their "customer service" line was rude, scarcastic and a complete ass. Some of the things he said to me were, "YOUR NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER WE HAVE, YOU'LL GET A REPLY SOON ENOUGH", "WEVE ANSWERED ONE OF YOUR EMAILS ALREADY ON A SATURDAY WHEN WE NOT EVEN MEANT TO BE OPEN" and to top it off when I told him I didnt want an argument I just wanted a refund, he hung up on me. On the lack of customer service alone, having not even used their products as I realised my mistake straight away, I would not use this company again. "

"I ordered a Samsung Galaxy battery. It was the wrong size, I returned the battery in its original packaging and everything that it contained and asked for a refund. A month later I am still trying to get my refund. Some of the comments made by their Manager (Richard) have included:

Hi we do give clear instructions on our web site in how to return items why did you not follow them ?

Hi not really we are very strict on this we cannot make it any clearer that you have to fill in a returns form before sending items back.

He is asking for a particular form to be completed after the items have been returned to them. They now have a battery that they can re-sell and KEPT MY MONEY.

Rather than resolve the issue, he seems more intent on making this situation a mockery while not dealing with the issue at hand and that is to return my money in good faith just like I returned the battery and the packaging in good faith and the postage was at my cost.

I am completely stunned and shocked by their customer service and their unwillingness to deal with the issue at hand.

Because of this, I want to make it known publicly about how bad their customer service is and their manager Richard requires Customer Service training as a matter of urgency.

The latest comment from Richard is the following:

Yes then look at John Lewis (know for its excellent customers service) on the same site ? We have 70,000 customers and only 15 or 20 bad reviews EXCELlENT Id say.

That comment is not useful and does not deal with the matter of my money being returned to me in good faith for a product that was not fit for purpose.

ANOTHER EMAIL CONVERSATION, STILL NO RESOLUTION.

I am stunned at this level of customer service, wouldn’t even get this low level service from a Pound Shop.

I have no problem in responding:

1. Why would I waste my time buying the wrong product?

2. Why would I waste my money buying the wrong product?

3. Why would I subject myself to such incredibly bad customer service and incredibly obnoxious emails. I hope you and your organisation will be investigated in due course.

Again, I shall repeat myself, World of Accessories sent me the wrong battery type, I returned it in good faith and sent it as I received it, I am asking for the money to be refunded as you have no right to keep my money for a product that was not fit for purpose.

I am adding all this to the comment made on Reseller Ratings so that other customers are aware of the type of customer service they can expect should they dream of purchasing anything from World of Accessories.

I won’t stop until my money is rightfully returned.

I did not send you the old battery because it never occurred to me that should be done.

i do not have the phone with me. It is at home, dead and unusable. I am away working.

Again, I shall repeat myself:

1. I ordered a battery for a Samsung Galaxy S4 GT 19505.

2. The battery I received was too small for this. I returned the battery, now I am asking you to return my money.

3. You have no right to keep my money for a product that was not fit for purpose.

4. As I have stated several times, you are asking me to complete a form AFTER the product was returned.

5. Send me back my money, you do not have the right to withhold my money. You have received your product back.

We are going around the houses, you are refusing to look at the main issue at hand, the battery was the wrong size, it has been returned and I want my money back, simple.

This is now being added to Reseller Ratings comment on the internet for anyone who googles World of Accessories.

I won’t stop.

WILL THIS EVER END, SENT ANOTHER EMAIL :( THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ...

I am asking you to return my money.

I have returned the battery to you, you have not returned my money to me.

You can say whatever you like, but you cannot keep my money.

"Never use this company. He is a rude con man. Be warned! Bought an extra long 2 metre sat av charger. It arrived and was less than 1.5m. I complained and was told he had run out of the correct one, and he had removed the listing from his site. A couple of weeks later the long version was listed again so I ordered it. Again it was a short version, which he was obviously aware of. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

"Ordered an "Genuine" iPhone battery (pictures on website would suggest it was - I just hope it is if it ever arrives) and some screen protectors on Monday 8th September - told posted 1st class Royal Mail on Monday 8th September 2014 - still not arrived. "I ordered a sky remote which turned out to be a fake and didn't work. I sent it back and asked for a refund but because I didn't send it back with a return form the said they had returned it back to me but I never received it. I had the rudest email exchange with them that I have ever encountered, in fact it was funny except that I have wasted my money. He is an excerpt -

When asking them why they were selling fakes this was their reply

"Fake ? Dont we have to advertise it as being genuine for it to be fake it is our own version of a Sky remote and we have never advertised or told anyone any different.
Reading what you are buying or doing is obviously not one of your strong points"

When I replied that I would be reporting them to Trading Standards this was their next reply
"OK do tell them the truth and then let us know what they say
