"i ordered an iphone 5 charging cable. it takes forever to charge my phone and my phone keeps displaying notices such as 'this item not compatible do not use' etc.

"Simply do not buy form this company!!!! Warning believe me this is nothing other than a con. I bought from the website on my credit card and when the order arrived I received 2 exactly the same. I looked at my emails and 2 payments were taken at exactly the same time. The are insisting I ordered twice which would have been impossible as the receipts had the same time but different order numbers on it!!! !!! Very rude customer service, you can only email and I have never experience anything like it!! DO NOT BUY from a very genuine and confident online user!!! STAY CLEAR"

"Do not buy anything from this company - I bought something from them and it was faulty. I have contacted them three times by email asking for a refund and then sent a recorded delivery letter and they have not responded to any of these contacts. I must assume therefore that they are disreputable. I have never received my refund so am out of pocket."
"Ordered a "Genuine Toshiba laptop charger" and received a Delta Toshiba compatible laptop charger. I phoned the sales line and ending up speaking to possibly one of the most unhelpful individuals I have ever dealt with. He informed me that Delta make chargers for Toshiba so my order was as specified, I pointed out to him that the order was for a genuine TOSHIBA charger as per the image on their website....."well send it back then"" was the reply, the more I complained he just cut me dead and told me to email tech support. Blatant false advertising, reported immediately to trading standards and I just might return it in person and lets see he`s so rude face to face. Avoid like the Plague!!!!"
"Ordered cable, charger and car charger, car charger didn't arrive, phoned and they did send within 3 days.... charger described as compatible with iPad, it didn't work, phoned and emailed and was spoken to like I'm some idiot!! emailed me in capitals as though shouting at me, tried it in iPhone and message APPEARS not certified and may not work properly with phone, then the cable end snapped off.
Another email, and sent another "genuine" cable......needless to say same message appears, how are this company getting away with this?

"Absolutely the WORST Company i've ever dealt with.
Ordered battery for iphone. Ordered from this company even though it wasnt even close to being the cheapest because they promised it was an official apple part. It WASN'T! Took 10 days to arrive, despite an email saying it had been despatched same day as the order (packaging had previous days date on!). When it arrived it was a completely different item and would not even fit in an iphone (Twice as deep) Rang their number to try and get it sorted but got nothing but denial and abuse. Bloke pointed out to me that there was a message on the web site saying any mistakes were my own responsibility and he would not refund or replace. When i pointed out that the item that arrived was not the item i ordered he then accused me of lying and got very abusive. Raised voices and expletives were all i got from this guy for my money, and a useless battery. this guy is a con man and deserves to be in jail, and i'm sure he will be soon, where they will give him the rogering he deserves. I hope it hurts!

"I ordered two iPhone chargers by mistake and returned them immediately, they took one month to get there, I am still waiting 6 weeks later for my refund. I ordered two more chargers to replace them, they stopped working almost immediately, thy would not refund them because they had not received them back within 28 days, I am £40 out of pocket and without a charger. I telephoned and was told they only do sales by phone so I needed to email, must have reached 10 emails now and still nothing. Would NEVER use them again"

"I ordered a cable and 2 sets of genuine apple earphones. NONE of what I ordered was genuine and NONE of the items worked properly and they may have damaged my phone. I sent the goods back and after receiving no confirmation that they had received the returns I emailed them twice. Again, after no response i called them up, the man who answered was rude, abrupt and unhelpful. He ended up hanging the phone up on me. A shocking company and nothing but a scam, stay away unless you want your phone damaged and to throw your money away. Bunch of absolute jokers."

"My old Dell laptop adapter failed, so I ordered one that night. First thing in the morning I received an email saying that the new adapter has been dispatched first class. Just 1 day later I received my adapter, so I'm writing a quick review using it to say thank you for the speedy service. Very few companies out there offer free delivery on royal mail first class, so hats off to this company."
"Absolutely appalling. Don't order from these guys. Ordered an Iphone 5 In Car charger. It did not work, was told to take the cigarette lighter apart and see if it worked using the USB adapter in my computer. With some fiddling it did work but not all the time. They said it must be a dodgy cable and sent a replacement. This replacement soon arrived but when I plugged this one into car a message came up with this device does not support this adapter. After nearly 2 months im still waiting for my refund. They will only discuss when they feel like it via email, when I called to discuss and to voice my concerns I was told they don't talk they only read emails. Crap Crap Crap"
"Sadly I would not recommend this company. Their staff on email are rude, unhelpful and customer service does not seem to matter to them. The prices may seem good, but I will always go to somewhere like ebay form now on."
