Excellent company.

"Four days ago I bought 4 Flexfit 110 caps. I have noticed, how well organized they are. Yesterday I bought two more different style caps. This morning they were at my door. Incredible speed, very well organized, clean (For white fabrics) shipment. Good quality product. Near perfect designed web site.

Would not allow a cancel order and I suspect they purposefully sent the incorrect items.

"I am now having delayed response from seller regarding if or when I will receive the items I actually ordered. I am highly upset, as the cost of shipping doubled the price of the product purchase - and after the expense, I am left without the items that I need, and I see that they are no longer available for purchase on the website."

Discoloured and sloppy

"I ordered 12 blue hoodies with a logo in the centre and it appeared to be burnt all around it in a square and faded to a pale yellow. Also one of the hoodies is not the correct shade of blue. I will not be ordering from here again. Do not recommend if you want good quality product. "

Fruit of the Loom white Tees

"After just 4 wash cycles all 15 tees fell apart at the seams. On many the sleeves fell off in the washing machine.

Inconsistent and no customer care at all. If you are a small business AVOID and go to Ralawise.

"I have been using Wordans as my supplier for about 2 years now. My first interaction I ever had with them was me sending an email to compliment them on my first order, everything went smoothly and wanted to take the time to compliment a job well done.

Since then I have had items arrive dirty and not wrapped in plastic. So next order in the notes section I asked for items to be wrapped as some items were not usable in last order. These requests were ignored and more items arrived unwrapped and again some unusable.

Then 70% of one of my orders were not shipped. This happened during the most busy and popular time for shopping (the lead up to Christmas) and caused me SIGNIFICANT financial loss on an already tough few years from the pandemic.

Once my order arrived and I realised it was missing a lot of items I reached out to the questions@wordans email explaining there were many items missing and the urgency of which I need them as I was expecting them with the rest of my order.

My message was not met with a response for an ENTIRE WEEK and I am confident that they would have happily stole from me by not fulfilling my order and left my plea with no response had I of not reached out on another platform. This time resorting to the facebook page to try and get a response. I was met with a very brief and insincere 'sorry for the inconvenience.' but they said they would look into it.

Fortunately they got the ball rolling, I am still yet to receive the order though so can not comment on that. However there was no urgency from their end, no courtesy express post to make up for their mistake. Not an apology or acknowledgement for their mistake. The person even referred to them as 'replacement' items as though they had been sent in the first place. I have had no response to my query regarding the type of post as I requested express to try and close the gap of when they should have arrived and am confident they will not respond to me again.

I have reached out to Beechfield (my main brand) and informed them of the terrible business practice displayed by this company and they have shared a more professional stockist and I will gladly leave Wordens in the dust. What a shame.
