"Their return-system is such a mess.
I been refunding them items for about 30000 SEK, they do not take responsibility in repaying me, saying they have lost the packages.
4/6 refunds have not been repaid yet, and I did return them 8-12 weeks ago.
They hardly get back to me explaining anything, no excuses etc. I have to text them every week asking about lost packages and my repayment.

This is fake or very badly handled. And I am greatly sad and upset. "

So far I have sent a mail 14th,17th and again this morning looking to return as they have a 14 day policy for returns and so far I have had no response. Now maybe given the benefit of the doubt they haven't received my mail and this review will prompt Wordans to have a look for the mail and reply with the necessary detail for returns. As I am nearing the end of the 14 day returns window it concerns me that they won't still accept the return. !!"

"Small holes in the shoulder area of the t-shirt, probably caused by pests. Who bothers to return for a garment for 20 Eur?
But for sure there will be no more orders from me."
