A few days after ordering I learned that my items couldn't be dispatched due to a mistake in pricing. Order was cancelled, but I still haven't received my refund. Several phone calls later, I start to feel that I might not ever receive a reimbursement."

"I consider them to be as good as useless still waiting for en primeur wine which should have been delivered 6 months ago, never reply to emails. The phone is always off the hook when you try to call and if you have to get through they say we will call you back but they never do.
Never order anything from them.
