"WillyGoat Saved Christmas! Seriously, i purchased a play set from a big online retailer (BIG MISTAKE). It showed shipped for weeks and not until the week before Christmas sent me a notification that it would not be delivered. I found the WillyGoat website and gave them a call. They worked to help get me the play set I was looking for and I ended up getting a better set for the same amount of money I paid at the big online retailer. Not only that, they allowed me to drive a few hours and pick it up at their warehouse so I could assemble it before Christmas. The customer service is excellent. I never write reviews, but everyone deserves to know how great this company is. Thank you WillyGoat for all you did to save Christmas!"
"I'm at a loss for words.
I ordered monkey bars (Horizontal Ladder Challenge) last month, they did not ship out till early Dec, then they have me work with two different shippers. It finally came and the order was WRONG. I ordered a green coated product and they sent a metal one all scratched up.
Worst it was not even palatized so they didn't even attempt to keep these pieces together as they shipped. 2 of 4 items were missing and because there was NO packaging or plastic the are all beat up. I could not accept this product.
I email, I called, - - no answer. I hope we resolve this.
But I am tempted to never do business with them. They charged and Enormous amount for Shipping and the shipping process is a giant mess. I had to call their third party shipper and they gave me another company.

"I purchased a playset from willygoat may 18, 2020 and it is now august 19, 2020 and I haven't even received a shipping confirmation yet. I do in home childcare and wanted this set for my friends to enjoy for the summer. They have emailed me twice with new estimated shipment dates and still haven't seen the product. I was told last week they would be shipping this week and I still have not seen one email. I am unable to cancel my order and the worst part is the item is paid in full. If I could cancel I would've and taken my business somewhere else. I will never give my business to this company again! "
