They take customers order and money and do not deliver. They do not reply nor ignore calls. STAY AWAY. Order from Amazon or other reputable companies... research first if you’re not 100% sure. "

"This is a slick setup initiated by someone who could be very successful running this company legitimately. As it stands it is a fraud and scam. Might want to give Tom Miller a call @ ***-***-**** and let him tell you how he operates this company. Company address is 7765 National Turnpike

Louisville, KY 40214.....which is a UPS store. So basically this fella works out of a UPS Store with a inbox. Call the company @ ***-***-**** and follow their prompts. See what you think.

Non reponsive

"I placed an order a few days ago and the card was never billed or the order ever processed. They do not answer emails nor do they answer the phone. I have a feeling they are not in business. I got a pretty good price with a nice discount. Perhaps the discount was too much for them and they decided to withhold the merchandise and hope I go away.
Well, the have succeeded. I would rather pay a few dollars more and be assured those with whom I am dealing are honest and care about their business as well as their customers.

How are they in Business?

"This is the 2nd time that I had placed an order with them in less than a year (2018-2019) for skylights. The first time, they charged my card right away, but didn't deliver for quite a while. I emailed and called, got a hold of a lady who said they would check into it. Eventually I got in touch again, and they said that I can keep the order open, with no estimate whatsoever on when the order might be fulfilled, or cancel. I opted to cancel, they opted to not refund the money on my cc... I ended up just dealing through the credit card company to get that resolved.

I thought I might try them again.. last time just had to be a series of mistakes on their part, everybody makes mistakes.. This time, I just received a notification in my email this morning.. They cancelled my order due to the fact that the expected ship date was 3 business days ago, and no longer had an expected ship date for me on this skylight. I would consider giving them 1.5 stars instead of 1 because they are doing better about keeping me from wasting my time on going through the whole process I went through last time, but that's the best I can say. I seriously wonder if they stock, or truly sell any products at all?

Once good but no longer

"I had good experience with westside years ago. They have now become a fraud. Will take orders and charge your card but never ship. Had this happen once before and thought it was a fluke. Placed another order weeks ago for items shown as in stock but the order goes nowhere. Spent two hours on hold trying to reach them. There is nobody there, they are an empty shell company.

"Westside Wholesale is a FRAUD and a SCAM. Do not send them money or waste your time. They have no intention of sending you merchandise. They will not answer their phone or emails. You can chat but that does not get you anywhere, only a waste of your time.
They are doing this to thousands of people, no one ever gets their money back or their product. How are they allowed to be in business?

Non Responsive and Fraud

"Have dealt with this company since 2009 and never had a problem. most recent however i placed an order on the 4th of December and should have had it within a couple of days. Wrote, called and used the website for a call back and no response until the 24th of December when i received an email stating the order would be shipped on January 11th. It wasn't and again all calls and and emails and requests for call backs have gone unanswered. i have notified my credit card company to get credit and absolutely will never deal with this company again."

Sun tunnel order

"Worst experience to date with internet order. Order was partially shipped late. Requested call back more than a half dozen times. Didn't get one. Left email with contact info and problem. No reply left email to cancel rest of order. Doubtful of any reply. Apparently they got paid and that's all that matters. Finding myself needing to buy another item somewhere else so I can calm my impatiently waiting customer. Don't recommend buying from this place"

Charges cc for products they don't have and is impossible to reach - no communications.

"I ordered 3 electronic timers which were supposed to be 'in stock' and they immediately charged my credit card. Sixty days later I was only able to get their attention by disputing the charge with my credit card company. And apologized and told me they expected shipment in 10 days. Almost a year later I reordered the same 3 timers as they are supposed to be in-stock. It's 2 weeks now and no returned calls or emails and the status is 'in fulfillment'. Obviously, they didn't ship but they did charge my credit card. I filed a dispute with my credit card company again."

SCAM - Charged CC in full and only delivered half!

"We've placed an order on August 9th for which our card was charged in full. We then received an automated email saying the order would ship in 12-14 business days and about half did finally ship on August 22nd. Don't bother calling as nobody ever answers the phone and don't bother asking them to call you back as nobody ever will!

We then received another email saying half of our order was backordered and would ship by 09/21/18 (1.5 months later!). On Sept 24th after multiple inquiries, we received another automated email stating that we would be refunded for the remainder of our order within 5-10 business days. One month later, we have yet to receive a refund and Westside Wholesale is no longer responding to emails (never responded to calls in the first place). They are a complete SCAM and I would NOT recommend them to anybody.

NO customer support!

"We ordered a vent fan through them. We never received an emailed receipt or response of any kind. After waiting a couple weeks for the item, I logged in to the site to see what the holdup was. They had my order marked as “possible fraud.” We tried calling many times, put in for them to return our call at least 3 times, and emailed them at least twice ... no response at all! The same day we tried contacting them, our order came out of limbo and was cancelled with no personal contact or anything. They just cancelled it and said in the email that it was (coincidentally) suddenly sold out. I went back to that fan and it is still available on their site to order ... so they lied on top of everything else. I hope they go out of business FAST!"

No communication

"Like many others, I ordered a fan from them. I was told it would ship in about 5 days. Several weeks later, I had heard nothing. I wrote an email to ask where the order was. No word. I checked and they had already charged my card. A week after that, I sent another email and got no reply. Finally, I called and was directed to the automatic order tracking window on the website which said they were waiting on the manufacturer. It's been a month since I placed my order, they charged my card, and they are still waiting on the manufacturer? I was on hold for a long time and finally sent them an email. I pray they will cancel my order. Communication is truly terrible."

Not Reliable to Customers

"I placed an order on May 11, 2018 for 1 kidds smoke detector. The arrival date was May 31, 2018, which never arrive to my home. I waited a week and sent an email asking them about the status on my order. The next day they emailed me back saying my order was in FULFILLMENT, and the order requested is estimated to ship in 7-10 Business days. Today is Wednesday, June 27, 2018. My smoke detector has not arrive. I will be taken other actions on this issue."
