"Buyer beware! I purchased a pool vacuum, at the time the return policy stated "full satisfaction guaranteed" - after return request this has been changed. Now I had to return the item to manufacture and AFTER the item is tested to be defective I will get a refund. No idea how long this takes but I will be charged interest on my credit card. Very poor service took 10 days to get a return shipping label - very poor customer service.
