Awesome customer service and support

"I was researching online for making a purchase on a Ecoflow delta and came across with Wellbots has it available at a reasonable price. So I decided to purchase from them. A week after the purchased. I received an email from wellbots that the item went on sale. So I contact them and see if there something they could do for me. Within 24hours they replied and refunded me the difference right away. Best customer service experience Of 2020. Highly recommended for wellbots."

Satisfaction

"Placed my order on a Saturday. Got my Solar Breeze skimmer on Thursday. Followed the directions and the thing works amazing. No more pollen scum on the pool surface. The only possible issue is how long it will hold up and last because it was fairly expensive. So far however it has been worth every penny."

5 Star Customer Service

" I had never heard of Wellbots before ordering an Autel EVO ll Pro bundle. The item
arrived without the portable charger and battery hub listed on their website. I had read the Autel changed the kit contents as well as upping the price after my order. Wellbots
offered to refund the valuse of the 12v charger and hub. But, I had them hold off as the drone was not providing the promised 10 bit video quality. After not hearing back from Autel about a fix, I requested a return and full refund. Within two days I heard back that they were arranging it with Autel ( who had stated I must go through the vendor). After three more days they were ready for me to ship but informed me the new firmware out that day had resolved the video isuue, and how did I want to proceed?

After confirming the issue was rsolved I cancelled the return and requested the partial refund. I would say about 8 minutes later the credit card showe the refund as pending.

I could not have recieved better communications and service, hats off toe Eva and Von. I will use Wellbots for my next purchase!

Horrible Refund Processing!

"On April 18th I purchased a Yamaha receiver. The item arrived broken and I initiated a return. I provided pictures of the broken receiver and was told to return the item and I would receive a full refund. The process seemed simple and straightforward.

On April 27th I shipped the broken receiver back to them and on April 30th they confirmed they received the return and credited my card that I used to purchase the receiver. This is where the trouble started...

Once I was told my card was credited, I proceeded to check my account and I found that, rather than credit me for the price of the receiver ($349), I was credited $0! I immediately contacted them, sent them proof of the $0 transaction, and was told to give it a few days because sometimes the credit transactions can show a different amount while they are processing depending on the bank. This is the first time I have ever heard of such a thing, all my refunds I have ever been credited have always shown the correct amount. Nevertheless, I waited a few days to see if the issue would resolve itself.

On May 4th I had still not received my refund, so I contacted them again. This time I was told that the transaction could take a bit longer as they are processing a lot of transactions right now. To make the situation worse, my credit union removed the refund transaction because it was for a null amount of $0! So at this point I have still not received my refund of $349, nor were there any pending transactions to my account from Wellbots.

On May 5th I was told that it appeared that the transaction went through on their end and it must be an issue with my bank. I explained to them, again, that the refund transaction was for $0 and that my credit union removed the transaction from my account, and I sent them proof showing the lack of transactions from them.

On May 6th, having still not received the refund, I was told that they were looking into the issue and that they talked to technical support and they confirmed the refund. They told me that it can take up to 10 days and that this has never happened to them before.

As of May 8th I have still not received my refund and there are no pending transactions from Wellbots. I have found the whole situation extremely frustrating and just want my refund so I can buy the product from another retailer. I honestly feel like I am getting the runaround and they are just dragging their feet by constantly telling me to wait a few more days to see if the refund posts to my account.

In all my years of online purchases I have never had such a hard time getting a refund, nor have I ever had to wait more than a day or two for a refund transaction to process.

If I were in Wellbots position, in order to uphold good customer relations, I would have immediately re-issued the refund and dealt with the back end transaction issues on my own without dragging the customer around and giving them the runaround.

I cannot recommend Wellbots to anyone, you are better off purchasing from Amazon where, should you require a refund, the process is very straightforward and simple.

Product added to "Black Friday Deals" at REG PRICE to disallow use of 10% off "Everything Else" Coupon

"Around two weeks after ordering a "DJI Mavic Mini, Fly More Combo", my order was still unfulfilled (was expected). A new deal started up on their website, stating simply "10% OFF EVERYTHING ELSE WITH CODE BF10" and "BLACK FRIDAY STARTS NOW! Discounts are already applied for products in this category. No need for a coupon code. Everywhere else on Wellbots.com, enjoy 10% OFF with code BF10 at checkout."

This deal was better than the $20 code (New Customer Discount) that I had used, so I asked for it to be applied.

They said "Hi, the BF10 coupon does not apply to the Mavic Mini", "The DJI Mavic Mini is in our Black Friday Deals category :)".

I responded, "I see, by putting it in there at regular price, you've essentially excluded it from being discounted. Well that's one way to do it."

They responded, "Yes correct. But don't hesitate to browse our website. BF10 applies to many other products :)"

I feel it is disingenuous of Wellbots to place this product in a Black Friday Deals category (which would tend to indicate the best possible deals, "Discounts are already applied for products in this category.") at REGULAR PRICE, thus excluding it from discount. They should just apply some fine print (like everyone else) to exclude certain brands, products, and/or categories.
