"Ordered three Segway scooters for Christmas gifts for my children. On Christmas day we opened them to find one was defective and so we immediately applied online for a return authorization. Several days went by and we had not received any correspondence so we called and left several messages on their voicemail, I assume this is a small start up company because no one ever picks up the phone door during normal business hours. After not hearing from them for over two weeks we initiated an online chat with a representative who stated the returns department was it overwhelmed and I should expect to hear from them in a day or two. Several days went by and again I had not heard from them so I made a call again and luckily was able to finally get a representative who knew I was calling because my phone number popped up on the caller ID, meaning they had gotten my messages and just never returned my call. We finally got our replacement a month and a half after Christmas."
