"ive ask the company to send the item i payed for on the14/10/12 or a refund many times after.but with no joy its been over 2 weeks now and had to go to my bank to force a full refund from this company? it trys to rip you off beware "

"Scammers. I ordered and paid for a USB disk. I have never received it. I cannot even log into their site. They send me a new password that never works. Unfortunately I read other peoples reviews too late. Avoid these people like the plague!!!!"

"Absolutely awful, the money was taken from our account instantly but after 30 days there is still no sign of the monitor which had been ordered. Calling the company I get a lot of apologies and promises of delivery which keep coming to naught. Next battle will be to get a refund. Will never deal with this company again."

"I ordered and payed £520.92 for a Panasonic 3D Blue-ray Recorder on Oct 7th 2012..with a promised delivery date of Oct 18th 2012...
To date I have still not received my order..
Yesterday WAE+ customer service added an apology for 'late delivery' to my order details .. no explanation, just a promise to contact me ASAP .... I will keep you posted!

Having read thu some of these reviews..I am nervously hoping I have not been ripped off and will receive my Blue ray machine I've paid for.

26th Oct..Still have'nt received my order..
Ive e'mailed every day. without any response from Customer service. My telephone calls have been un-answered. Its been a complete mess..
I will try to cancel on Monday (they are closed Sat and Sunday)
and START THE TASK to get my money refunded.

"WORST ONLINE RETAILER EVER,RUN BY AT BEST MONKEYS AT WORST CROOKS.

ordered two monitors was told by rep in stock and would be delerered 3-5 days.
Then i read all the bad reviews(will be doing this first from now on)On the 4th day no items so phone and get told by rep items ARE in stock and get within 3days, then get email saying delay at wherehouse,so back on phone and told again items IN STOCK will get in 3 days. 3 days come and go still no items. phone again and told again items in stock,get emailing sayin items be shipped two days. After 9 days and still no items,phoned to cancell order,now i suppose ill have to wait 30 days for refund.
DO NOT USE THIS MICKEY MOUSE COMPANY, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY PUT IN THEIR BANK AND COLLECT 6 WEEKS INTREST.
I have contacted my credit card company,to start a dispute, i have emailed UPS explaning there reputation is in danger by assosation,Have contacted watchdog and Rip Off Britin.

I HAVE NOW HAD THE FOLLOWING EMAIL:
with regards to your refund, I do apologise your order was not fulfilled, This has now been passed over to our accounts team, I do have to advise they have a 2-4 week period in place in which these are processed. Although in majority of the cases, these are resolved before this time scale is out.

so it seems there basic policy is to keep your money for the full 30 days, not a very good way to do business.
its now been 19 days and still waiting for my refund,another 9 days and it amounts to theft,i WILL be taking court action.
Finally on the 14th refund back in account.

"Absolute crap company, Would not reccomend anyone purchase from wea+, Orderded a GPS , cancelled order as they could not source a unit in given time , Nearly 4 weeks have now passed and still waiting for refund £337.78 , Just get told its being looked into, Now after reading about so many people in same position think its about time that WATCHDOG are contacted, I am also thinking of taking court action , as this company may be running a internet SCAM how many peoples monies are they collecting interest on ? jeff"

"Why Oh why didn't I check out this site before dealing with WAE+?

Purchased a scanner on 01.10.12 5 to 7 day delivery.

Rang 16.10.12 spoke to Kay. Very apologetic and sending Express and will give me tracking info. Promised 3 working days max for delivery.

Checked website order 1 x PLUSTEK OpticFilm 8100 Scanner

"Unfortunately this product is no longer for sale so it cannot be reordered".

Rang 17.10.12 spoke to Kay again. Told her of the website message. Very apologetic and she then checked with warehouse and said the item is available.
Still quoted 3 day delivery as from 16.10.12 [should receive Friday 19.10.12 at the latest?]
Said she would sent tracking info. [again]

Looked on site 18.10.12. Scanner now priced @ £169.62 [£5.53 cheaper]
There were never less than 12 callers in queue. Could not afford the time to wait.

Rang 19.10.12 spoke to Kay yet again. Very apologetic again and told her the timeline of events leading up to my call today. She offered to check the warehouse again. I told her the promise of tracking info never materialised and my confidence of WAE+ being capable of delivering the item after 18 days of frustration and 3 calls was low. I informed her that I wished to cancel the order. She then flagged Accounts that the order had been cancelled. I asked her to confirm that my order was cancelled and I would receive a full refund? She said it could take between 2-4wks as per the T&Cs for the refund to show on my Credit Card.

Looked at website 15.32 and order was shown as cancelled.

We'll see?

Re-ordered the item on Amazon. Should have done this in the first place! I'll learn?

"So Disappointed - Now getting angry.

On August 17th 2012 I ordered an item costing 89.27 from WAE+ simply because they were the cheapest stockist but they were not the cheapest by very much. In fact they only way they were cheapest was if you used their free shipping but 10-12 days was an acceptable wait so I was waiting. A couple of days later WAE+ call me and say that they have the item ready to go in their warehouse but they won't post it for another 7 working days unless I want to pay for premium delivery. I defiantly got the impression that my order was inconveniently clogging up their warehouse. I said that they could post it early if they wanted but wasn't interested in paying for faster delivery but it was clear that they had no intention of exceeding customer expectations. None-the-less they can be as perverse as they like.

So I waited 12 days and then another week and then I felt it was getting out of hand so I called them - and they answer the phone quite quickly and you talk to a human; I was told that it would ship very soon so that was fine. All the staff I talked to were all lovely, apologetic and confused as to why my order was not shipping; they were in fact very convincing that they would do their up most to make sure that my order got to me so I waited. And waited and waited longer than I can in fact now imagine. I finally cancelled my order on October 19th and am now waiting for my refund: I'm not exactly hopeful that this will happen either so I am preparing a credit card charge back claim (it is less than the limit but the card issuer could do it if they wanted) and a perhaps report to trading standards but you never know I might get a refund before I write to many more of these reviews.

"I recently ordered a printer from this company for £107 they took the money from my account within 10mins of ordering. it says the delivery would be within 3-5 days. after waiting 7 days i telephoned them to ask where it was. they told me sorry but the printer wasnt available anymore and couldnt get one for me. they then told me they would refund my money. this was 3 weeks ago I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED A REFUND. i tried using their fast response link onn their web site, i have sent 11 messages and not had 1 reply. i finally got through to their call centre to complain about the delay but the girl on the phone refused to let me speak to her supervisor or manager and wouldnt put me through to the accounts department. i have logged a complaint with the trading standards office and have also been in touch with my bank because i paid using Visa. they are both looking into this for me. SO BEWARE THIS COMPANY TAKES YOUR MONEY FOR ITEMS THEY DONT SELL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.
ALSO THE PRINTER IN QUESTION IS STILL FOR SALE ONN THEIR WEB SITE, SO THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

"I ordered a PC tower from WAE+ but like so many others i never read any reviews about the company BIG MISTAKE. the don't deliver products and their customer service is almost none existent.
When i Did eventually get in contact with them via phone i asked for a refund they said fine and issued a full refund telling me i would get an email with the details. I have received no such email and still almost 2 weeks later have not gotten the refund they apparently issued. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. you will only end up frustrated and without the product you ordered anyway.

"I'll never use them again!!.
I placed an order for a Photocondutor Unit for my laser printer, the item was in stock but would take two weeks to deliver with their free delivery, I paid extra to have the item sooner (3 to 5 days)and upgraded to express delivery & it still took two weeks to deliver!!. Spoke to their customer services on three occasions to request a refund on the express delivery cost; was told on each occasion that this would be refunded on to my credit card - never was refunded then used their fast response contact page to complain; customer services acknowledged receipt of query and that was the last I heard from them.
Delivery service for an item which was (allegedly) in stock - atrocious!!
Customer services - useless!!
I'll take my business back to reliable suppliers in future. In the competitive market of office supplies how can a business with consistently poor service, as borne out by the number of poor reviews, survive?

UPDATE:
Almost immediately after writing the review above (13th October 2012) I received an email from WAE+ apologising for the delay and confirming that the upgrade carriage cost was in the process of being refunded to my credit card. Guess what...almost two weeks later and still no refund!! It beggars belief that a company operating with this level of incompetance can exist - just look at the extraordinary amount of poor reviews they have. Don't they realise that they're destroying their own business? Don't the owners/ shareholders/ directors/ managers care about customer satisfaction & retention and the reputation of their business? It's one thing being cheap but if it comes at the cost of substandard service then customers will use once and never return. What a crazy business model!!

"Ordered a Philips Remote on 16th Sept 2012 then had to cancel a few days later. Told I would get my refund soon. It's now the 12th Oct and despite webform contact and 3 phone calls no refund.

Do NOT buy from this company. Other web suppliers can get refunds done within 24 hrs, not this lot.

No faith inthem so will NEVER order from them again.

"The worst online buying experience EVER (And I've bought a lot online for 10 years, in two countries).

One month to receive a non-working hardware. Now my hardware is back to Birmingham for a replacement... I don't expect to see it again before 2021.

"Expect less for less".

One more thing: Don't try to send a mail or call them. They just DON'T answer.

What I mean when I state you don't answer is, I've sent two mails on your contact mail and one question through you website form and I'm still waiting for an answer !

I was really happy to read you when you said "your replacement item is due for delivery to you by no later than the middle to end of next week"... But we are Saturday now, and as usual, STILL NO NEWS and NO parcel.
