"They are plain terrible. I ordered a £285 lens on Oct 2, 2012 because I needed it for something important. They charged my credit card. So I thought everything was OK. The delivery was meant to be no later than Oct 25th. Well the day came, nothing. The day I needed the lens came, still nothing from these guys. The awaiting fulfilment status is awesome... So I decided to cancel. On Oct 30th, they received my message to cancel the order and since I have been waiting for any news about my refund. But still no money in my account. I wish they could give me my money so I can go and buy my lens somewhere else..."

"AVIOD! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Oh dear really should have done my research before ordering from this joke of a company!!

I ordered a ACER 27" Monitor on the 15th October from their website. They were cheaper by about £20 than then most other retailers and although the delivery time was 10-12 days I was happy to wait this long.

Unfortunatly the delivery date passed so I got in touch with them via e-mail. They then told me that the item would be another 10-12 days! I told them that was unacceptable and that I would like to cancel the order and like a full refund.

As I paid by VISA debit card online I expected the refund to appear in around 1-2 days like 99.9% of other refudns I have had. 3 days past and no refund.

I send various e-mails using there quick response link on the website but get no reply. In the end I call them using the customer support number and after being on hold for 1 AND HALF HOURS I finally manage to speak to someone.

I am told that my refund is being processed but can take up to 4 weeks to be returned!!! I said I wasnt happy about this but they tell me this is stated in there terms and conditions.

Its now been about 7 days and still no refund and after reading reviews I doubt I will getting my refund anytime soon. I will be taking this matter further by reporting them to trading standards, internet shopping safety and the police.

Please for the love of god avoid this company at all costs!!!

"I ordered a graphics card from WAE+. After two weeks it still hadn't been shipped, but the money had been booked from my credit card account on the same day of purchase. So I cancelled the order which was confirmed immediately but the money still hasn't been returned to my credit card account."

"I ordered a keyboard over a month ago, on 4th October to be precise. I am very glad it was only a keyboard, in fact, I would recommend everyone using a new electronic supplier for the first time to buy just one small cheap thing. No keyboard as arrived yet. Can I cancel my order? No, I cannot. The cancel order screen has no "continue" button, only a "go back" button. Not that that's in any way obstructive, of course! Can I contact the company by phone? No I cannot. A recorded message says that they are all far to busy to talk to customers. These people are to be avoided at all costs, in my humble opinion."

"Do not use this website unless you enjoy being messed around ordered a hard drive from them 21st Sep, i had to contact them after 11 days as order was still marked as awaiting fulfilment only to be told that they didn't have it and did they want me to find something else instead, obviously not i wanted what i had ordered. 29 days later after having emails telling me refund was being processed, new sytem in accounts dept causing a backlog or just plain ignoring my messages still no refund. I have had to go through the chargeback process with my bank to get my money back. I want to give these bunch of cowboys -stars but you can't."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! WAE+ will take your money and run, I've tried to be reasonable but after well over a month I've not received a single penny of my £105.10 back. I made my order but when it didn't arrive I called them and they told me that my items where not available for dispatch so I cancelled my order. I was promised a refund within 5days but 5weeks & many hours on the phone I'm still out of pocket - Small Claims Court here I come! "

"This Website should be struck off. I ordered a Canon GPS unit over a month ago. Needless to say that the money was taken out of my account as the order went through. It was supposed to be delivered on time, although the order status kept saying 'Awaiting Fulfilment'. After the due date I contacted them. After waiting over 20 minutes to get through a polite girl's voice, possibly underpaid and surely the only one in charge in "customer service", said to me they had the item, but there was a problem with delivery. She said they would refund the delivery charges as a good will gesture...to shut me up, basically! After another 2 weeks of wait, I still haven't received the item, and, of course, I have not received any refund whatsoever. Now, I have to go through the credit card claim department to get the money back!! I won't even bother to ask them directly for a refund, since it would take more of my time wasted on a waste of space site. The Internet Ombudsman MUST get in touch with them and strike them off immediately. It's a fraud company,no doubt!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!"

"Awful customer service. I placed two orders on the 16th October, with the Free delivery option. It got to the time of delivery and my order was still 'Awaiting Fulfilment', even though they said they had all the items in stock. So I emailed them and they said that there would be another 10-12 working day delay. I decided to get a refund instead, so I could place my order with a different website. After asking for this, it took them a couple of days to cancel the second order, and I have still not received my refund. I have tried to contact them multiple times regarding this but to no avail.

I just want my £510.08 back, so I am currently on the phone to my bank so I can try to force a refund. Seriously bad customer service and there is no way I am dealing with this website ever again.

"I will never order from this company again.
I ordered a fuji camera from them on the 2nd of October with a delivery estimate of 11 to 14 days. When the order did not arrive within the specified time period I asked for an update and was told there was a delay, but they hoped to be able to deliver within the next 10 days. I agreed to wait, but when it still did not arrive I emailed customer service again and was given a delivery estimate of a further 10 to 14 days. I can only assume that WAE+ took my order without having the item in stock, and either cannot get what I wanted, or had no intention of completing my order. I have now cancelled the order and requested a refund, but having read a number of reviews I am worried that the refund will be delayed also. Incidentally, I ordered the same item from Amazon yesterday and it has already been dispatched.

"I ordered a media centre on 6th October with free delivery in 8 to 10 working days, paying by debit card.
On 1st November the order status was still unfulfilled.
I phoned, and after waiting 10 minutes spoke to Hardip who told me they were out of supply but might receive some on 19th November.
I was given the option of changing the order to inferior and more expensive products.
He offered to cancel the order which I accepted. I asked for compensation for the breach of contract but was told I would have to contact the management.
Obviously WAE+ only source what they advertise when their customers have already paid.

"Ordered three graphic cards but after a couple of days the order status was "Stock issues".
I read the reviews here and cancelled the order and requested my money back a couple of days ago.
No reply, so I'm ready to start the legal procedures with the bank to get my money back.

Update:
They sent me a *blank* letter telling me to show it to my bank to initiate the cashback procedure...
I'll immediately contact my bank and start the legal procedures instead.

My order number is #200228-****-****.



I ordered a Laptop back on the 10th of October and have not had delivery. I sent an email on the 28th of October requesting an update but received an email saying my money would be refunded.

I spoke to Mevish today at 15:00 to find out why I haven't received my order and was informed there have been issues with delivery but if I wanted to wait another 2 weeks I would receive my Laptop. Strangly enough this is very similar to a lot of the feedback from the http://www.resellerratings.com/store/WAE_Plus website.



So, as the delivery timescale is completely unreasonable and confidence that it will be fulfilled at close to zero, I asked when I would receive a refund. I was informed that this would take between 2 to 4 weeks. This is completely unacceptable. The money I paid for these goods was debited immediately from my account and after 20 days of waiting for goods that haven't arrived, I feel the least you can do is to ensure you expedite my refund without delay. If not, it seems you are happy to take money from customers with no realistic intention of providing the goods and then try to hold onto that money for as long as possible.



I am also very disappointed that there is no way to escalate problems within your company other than issuing a complaint. Your operative Mevish was lacking in the type of in-depth knowledge necessary to resolve this issue and told me there was nobody I could be transferred to that could get my grievances sorted out without following this procedure. For this reason I feel compelled to start a ratings process with Reseller Ratings, notify Trading Standards of the issues I have had and inform the credit card company of an on-going dispute.



I expect a response within 24 hours confirming my refund has been processed and once completed; I will update the aforementioned organisations. If you require to speak with me, I will welcome a call on 07768 *** ***.
