"Ordered at the weekend, an item which was in stock, four working days later it was still "awaiting fulfilment".

Needed it because of medical problem which weakens my muscles and makes me very susceptible to pain, making my current item impossible.

"I am thoroughly disappointed, over three weeks and no product despite the website still claiming its 'in stock'. One email from them even admitted they had none in the country. I think in my opinion this level of deception is very poor for a company on the internet, the first ever issue I have had in +15 years buying from the net and judging by the reviews I am not the only one. I will bookmark ResellerRatings in the future, wish I had seen it before making the purchase."

"10 days after placing order still says items allocated i rang to ask what this meant but they wouldn't tell me, just told me it was in transit and i would get it that day. I didn't, so rang again and asked for the name of delivery company they told me UPS and when i asked for a tracking number they said "oh no its in our warehouse in FRANCE" this is now 11 days after i placed the order and it's not even been picked to be sent yet and i've been lied to twice on the phone. in the end cancelled my order and for some reason takes 5-10 days to refund. stay away.

UPDATE: 10 working days later still no refund. i rang and they said another 7 days, rang again next day they said it takes 15 days???? having to go through credit card company to get my money back. Its unbelievable!

"ordered tv at good price 19th December, received email saying not in stock 28th December so CANCELLED ORDER, havent received refund , phoned "india customer services" 4 times now told refund being processed each time... still waiting 14th December. My bank(HSBC) wont refund card unless i get wae+ to write email stating that they wont refund money ever!! AVOID THIS COMPANY... my advice stick with Amazon"

"Disgraceful. Bought a new graphics card and was sent a product with all seals broken and PHYSICALLY DAMAGED and non-functional. Unbelievable. Also, I sent an email providing feedback about an issue with their website... they didn't bother reading it... and instead sent me an automated reply to reset my account credentials. I also phoned to explain that I needed the replacement by the 17th January, so I asked them if they could ship out the replacement immediately. I was told the returns department would get in touch with me to tell me if that was a possibility. They didn't get back to me. After phoning them up again I found out that my request was refused. I find it extremely unprofessional that they would send me out a product that had already been opened... without checking it. The damage was clearly visible on the graphics card.

UPDATE: I contacted them again by email to ask what date I should expect the replacement as the deliver is time-sensitive. Got a reply to say, "We are not concern department", with no estimated date. Then I see that a WAE+ has responded below to say that they will have it shipped out by the 17th. But they've also accused me of "posting lies". Nothing I've posted here is untrue, except that WAE+ now say the manufacturer was at fault. With that considered, I still think customer service can be improved.

UPDATE 2: 11 days have passed and WAE Plus have finally shipped out the replacement. They also apologised for the bad customer service by email. Today, I happened to glance at the UPS shipping label to realise that they have erroneously dispatched the item to my BILLING address on the other side of the country... instead of the SHIPPING address that I initially provided them with!! What a damn shambles, and what am I supposed to do now?

This was despite informing them multiple times that I required the item for the 17th of January at latest. There is not a hope in hell I could ever purchase from this company again, and I couldn't possibly recommend it.

UPDATE: I phoned them up and informed them of the addressing error and told them not to send out the order with that address. They told me they would get back to me to see if it had been dispatched from the warehouse yet. The guy promised me he would send me an email to let me know before the end of the day. That didn't happen, so I phoned them again. This time I was told it definitely hadn't left the warehouse yet. After all the hassle and the fact that the replacement still hadn't been dispatched yet (although in fairness the weather conditions didn't help here) I decided to have the order cancelled. Whoever was on the phone with me must not have processed the cancellation because the next day someone else from WAE Plus phoned me to tell me that the product was almost ready to be shipped out and that adverse weather conditions had caused delays, which had been fair enough except that I wasn't prepared to wait for UPS to deliver it because I could get it faster by buying the product from Amazon and paying for 1 business day delivery.

The delivery of the product was time-sensitive, hence why I opted to cancel and go with Amazon, despite Amazon being much more expensive.

WAE Plus may have been cheap, but not cheap enough considering the problems they seem to be happening with customer service and communicating with the other departments...

"I ordered a camera on 6Nov12. Supposed to be delivered on 14Nov. Contacting WAEPlus was extremely dificult. They rarely answered the phone - mostly I just got a message telling me to use the "fast response" link on their website. When I did occasionally get through I had to hang on, once for 1hr and 57 minutes before getting to the head of the queue. I used the "fast response" process three times. Each time I got an immediate automated acknowledgement, but I never received a reply, so "no response" would be a better description.

Eventually, they accepted that I had not had the delivery. On 30 Nov I used "fast response" to formally cancel the order and ask for a refund. By this time I had managed to get email contact with one of their staff (she emailed me after a phone call on 27Nov to tell me the missing delivery was "being investigated"). On 5 December she emailed me to say "we have now cancelled your order . . . provide you with a full refund". As the legal requirement is only that a refund should be made within 30 days of cancellation, I didn't expect any money before the end of December. On 31 December I logged on to their website and got a message saying "orders prior to 21st Nov ... due to a technical issue ... we are unable to refund these from our systems ... contact your bank and dispute the transaction".

I paid with a Barclaycard, so now I'm using their "dispute a transaction" process to try and get a refund, but that's another story.

"Not to be trusted. I returned damaged goods to WAE+, the return service was good but then WAE+ refused to refund my payment of over £50 stating that they hadn't received my payment even though it went from my bank and they delivered the goods! I gave them a further 7 days to refund before I took legal action. They did not respond to my email so I took out an online Small Claim at Money Claim Online which is dead easy to do - I urge anyone with similar problems to use this service. WAE+ paid in full including Court Costs of £25 within the 14 days allowed. They then had the cheek to send me an email apologising when it was obvious to anyone that I would not have received a penny had I not taken legal action."

"purchased camera on 14th dec and after two days checked status and it was still showing (awaiting fullfilment)they couldnt promise delivery for christmas (wasnt even in the uk)so cancelled the order and got one from someone else (delivered next day)
they sent me two emails to say that my refund would be back in my account within 3-5 days.
then on dec 24th ups turned up and I refused delivery.
they now say I have to wait till they get it back before they will refund me and by the reviews on here looks like poss end of january before I MIGHT SEE MY MONEY AGAIN.
emailed them and told them that the refund should be given back to me straight away but no REPLY.
never dealt with such incompetent people before and in my opinion do NOT NOT NOT BUY FROM THESE IDIOTS

"CON ARTISTS, DO NOT USE!
Wanted to buy a DVD system. Tried phoning but pre-recorded message to say they were too busy to take call. This should have been a warning!
Sent an email to confirm they had stock and they responded they had 2 so placed order (23/11/12).
Money (£245) then debited off my card.
I then get an email saying they're out of stock.
Tried phoning but still get pre-recorded 'we're busy' message.
Sent 3 emails over the last 2 weeks. None responded to.
Am therefore resorting credit card assistance (thank god I used this card!).
DO NOT USE!
