"We purchased tickets to Wrigley Field while on vacation and when we got to our seats we were right smack behind a huge pole. Literally right behind the pole. You couldn’t see anything. The stadium should NOT even be allowed to sell these seats. We reached out to Vivid Seats with pictures of our seats and the huge pole blocking the entire infield and after they did their investigation they stated that they reached out o Wrigley Field and they confirmed there is no obstructed view. Are you kidding? There is nothing but obstruction. Beware that vivid seats doesn’t care about customers… all they care about is that they got their money. "

Luckily the helpful staff on the service desk sorted my out, but at the cost of an overseas call."

I was extremely stressed trying to get my tickets to a Faye Webster concert when, for whatever reason, the website wasn’t allowing me to buy them directly. I called customer service, got in contact with a helper, and they stayed on the phone with me for like 20 minutes while I tried to contact my dad to ask a question. Very patient, excellent service, and my seller sent me my tickets in about five days. I’d buy from here again!"
