"This bag is very large and cheap, but the savings show up in quality and lack of customer service.
The bag’s hardware is primarily plastic. Plastic rivets are used to attach handles and plastic d-rings and clips are used to attach straps.
In addition, Viking Bags shipped this bag to me without one of the male connectors. After an unanswered email with picture, I was forced to call customer support. After a few days of attempts, I got someone who told me my only option was to ship the entire thing back. After I told them I already disposed of the box (who would think you would need the box just to receive a three cent piece of plastic you already paid for?) they told me I had to buy a box to ship it. A box costs more than the missing piece.
I was also told I could return the bag - but, you know, I need a box to do that.
Extremely disappointed with the whole experience - spend more money and get a better product with better support. "

The saddlebag supports leave the bags right up against the belt guard, the top of the bag had the strap that keeps the shape of the lid come off before I even had a chance to install it. The supports rattle around because they aren't made for the m8 bolts used for the indian scout. And mind you, I purchased "Indian Scout Universal SS Side Pocket Motorcycle Saddlebags". Guess not."

"Originally I had completed a very positive review for my bags. However, once I started having an issue with the bags, their customer service has been horrible. I had one of the rivets/screws break, it held the cover onto the bag and we repaired it our self. Then I had the other rivet/screw on the same bag break, and the velcro wasn't holding very well, I contacted the company and through multiple emails and me sending them a video (at their request). I was told I needed to pay to ship the bags back. They approved my exchange/return, but I need to pay?? I told them I couldn't be without bags for almost 2 weeks AND I needed the box they sent the new ones in so I could send back the defective one - I was told that was not their "policy". I had even asked to talk or at least get an email from a manager and the request was ignored! I have now requested to hold off with the exchange until closer to the end of the riding season so I do not have that much down time - we will see what their next response will be. At times, there can be a faulty bag, I understand that - I REALLY liked the bags. What they are missing, is how important customer service is!"

The bag looks great quality, smart and stylish and definitely designed with bikers and all the pockets suitable for various items you would need to transport for a day out. It's a good material and strongly made and worth every penny of the purchase price. Easy enough to attach to the bike! The contact with the sellers is prompt and efficient and they have been very friendly team looking after me with my products. I will definitely shop here as it's been an all round good experience. "I spent my first summer with my bike as my only mode of transportation. The Viking saddlebags I got for it were a lifesaver! The selection process was stupidly simple, the installation was pretty easy (my bike didn't want to cooperate with relocating the turn signals, but the installation hardware was nearly perfect). I have both Viking bags and other brands on my bikes now. The difference is night and day. Viking bags hold their shape, no matter what, they are super easy to keep clean and looking new, and they just work. I never have to worry about them in any way, and for the price you can't beat them. They are the only brand I recommend to my friends.
In addition to the bags, I also have some of their apparel: a leather jacket for myself, and my girlfriend, as well as a pair of chaps. All fantastic pieces and I use the jacket on about 70% of my rides (I like to switch things up once in a while). Again, for the price, you can't go wrong."
"I've purchased all 4 of the items listed in the title from Viking and I have absolutely loved all of them. In April, I used all 4 and went on a 2,000 mile motorcycle trip (NW Arkansas to North Carolina and back) and had full leathers on the whole time. I knew the Viking Bag would hold up in the weather but the 250ish miles of rain had me worried on the Jacket, Gloves, and Chaps. However, they held up like a champ. Not a single issue! I had my rain gear over the top of them but rain did get through the rain gear and my Viking Jacket and Viking Chaps kept me warm and comfortable."
