"This bag is very large and cheap, but the savings show up in quality and lack of customer service.

The bag’s hardware is primarily plastic. Plastic rivets are used to attach handles and plastic d-rings and clips are used to attach straps.

In addition, Viking Bags shipped this bag to me without one of the male connectors. After an unanswered email with picture, I was forced to call customer support. After a few days of attempts, I got someone who told me my only option was to ship the entire thing back. After I told them I already disposed of the box (who would think you would need the box just to receive a three cent piece of plastic you already paid for?) they told me I had to buy a box to ship it. A box costs more than the missing piece.

I was also told I could return the bag - but, you know, I need a box to do that.

Extremely disappointed with the whole experience - spend more money and get a better product with better support. "
