"I swore to myself that I'd never order clothing from VS again, after receiving my order (a corset-type top w/lace and ribbon detail intended for a New Year's Eve party) which basically fell apart the minute I put it on! Since the weather is still cold in Philly (where I live), and I have a trip to Miami in a few weeks, I was looking for a halter top to bring with me. Having a hard time finding summer clothing in Feb., I noticed VS had pretty halters online and decided to give them one more shot. I ordered a brown halter/bra top w/"embellishments" (beading sewn onto the trim of neckline and waist). The shipping charges were, again, outrageous ($14 for UPS ground!) but my options were limited. The top was exactly as pictured, beautiful and true to size. When I put it on and tied the straps behind my neck, the ONE THREAD which was used to sew the beads onto the top must've snapped, because several of the beads adorning the neckline flew onto the floor! I actually had to gently remove the top, as to avoid losing any more beading. Had I thought the workmanship were this flimsy on a REGULAR BASIS, I would've saved myself the $10 extra I paid for the "embellished" top, and simply ordered the plain one. Now I have a brand new halter to wear on vacation, that insetad looks like I took a cheese grater to the front. I leave for vacation in 2 wks and don't have time to play UPS games sending it back, only to get another of the same quality. NOW I know WHY their clothing is NOT in any of the VS stores for people to actually see in person and (God forbid!) TRY ON!! What a RIP OFF! What a scam! I have a good mind to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I "
"I have ordered from Victiora's Secret many times over the years. Everything from bras & panties, to bikinis, to dresses. My most recent purchase was a leather jacket, which I unfortunately had to return due to fit. I just didn't love it - no fault of VS. I LOVE the bikinis I ordered & wore last summer - & I am sure I will order a couple for this summer as well - gotta look cute on South Beach, lol!"
"I've ordered online from VS many, many times over the years. This is what you can expect - the clothes often are not well represented in the photos. I remember ordering a tank top a couple years ago which looked long and flowy; instead, it was very short through the body and sat strangely on the hips. That was part of a large order and I ended up sending almost everything back because the fit was consistently very poor. The clothes are certainly not worth the ridiculously high sales taxes and shipping prices that you'll pay if you live in Canada like I do. If you're Canadian, I urge you to boycott VS until they get their act together."
"I love Victoria's Secret. That was why I thought it would be the best: ordering from Victoria's Secret online to get the lovely bikini's and bra's. After ordering several things for over $400, the order would arrive within a month in the Netherlands. So I paid the bill. Yet it's many days later and I haven't got anything. So I asked Victoria's Secret Customer Service by mail where my order could be. First they said it could be delay and second they told me they can't trace international shipments. It's like crazy, because they don't know where the order is and they don't know if it will ever come. So I paid but haven't got anything. After many e-mails they haven't offered searching for my shipment. Had to ask by myself which company has been shipping my order. But this one doesn't respond (Brokers World Wide). Can anyone tell me if there's an opportunity to get my money back or my shipment here? Because I would love to have my order."
"not up front with you,they like to lead you on to get the order , but are slow and very un professional with service. orders say in stock , but after a week they say it wasn't in stock . they ship part of the order then hold part of the order to ship another day , then say you should get your money back in 14 to 21 days . just plain unprofessional."
"Victoria Secret offers international shipping, but the customer service messed up the delivery informations. I ordered online and requested the products to be mailed to my family member in Indonesia. Upon placing the order, I placed my mother's name and phone number, however those are not the information placed on the packaged, instead it was under my name and my old phone number in the USA. Hence the delivery service was unable to contact my mother and the products was considered abandoned. The customer service refused to assist nor refund my money when the products did not even arrived. "

The duties are high but I was able to receive free shipping from VS asking them to do this as a favor for a loyal customer and they accepted to give me free shipping-so I appreciate their professional customer service. Thank you VS, highly recommend this store. I choose regular shipping and EVERY TIME I RECEIVED MY ITEMS IN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!!! ( this year I've place 6 orders). That's wonderful. One time they sent me wrong item and in 2 days I received the right item letting me to keep both items. "I have made many purchases from Victoria's Secret for my girlfriend. I agree the shipping is outrageous, but she likes their stuff. I also agree to buy numerous items in tandem with an order code. The last time I did that I saved almost $30. I have to admit, phone orders are hit and miss. The last order was not the right bra type (She wanted a push up and what was shipped a demi) and the wrong panty size was sent. I just sent it back and reordered the proper size. I was disappointed, but mistakes happen."
"Shipping charges are outrageous ! They stopped most online coupon deals and if you have a problem with an order they will not be helpful. Victoria Secret will not pay for shipping if they make a mistake. They will argue with you until you give up,! I have shopped VS for years. their service is just getting worse every year! "I have always found VS to be reliable and I've ordered from them several times. Living in Asia, you're never sure if your package is going to arrive from the US, but I've never had anything go missing. If you get the wrong size, they will refund the cash on receipt of the goods.
One caveat: when ordering anything from the US, try to make larger, less frequent purchase rather than many small ones as the shipping fees are super high. Same with Amazon."
"I've been shopping recently at Victoria's Secret website mostly for swimwear. I think VS is a great option. They have many designs and styles for all likes. The quality of their products is really good too. Their website has discounts and promotion codes constantly. You can find some really good products in their clearance section at very low prices. I took advantage of their end-of-the-year sale with additional discount on clearance, plus free shipping. Overall I payed less than $20 dollars per bikini (including tax and shipping). Another good thing is that all orders have tracking/delivery confirmation shipping.
Only 2 cons: VS.com charges tax for almost every US state, and back views of swimsuits are not so good."
"Did an even exchange over the phone. One item was backordered so when it shipped I was overcharged. I called them up and it was fixed no problem.
While it's true that the quality of VS products has been declining, their customer service is still outstanding."
