"Victoria Secrets has been nothing but a disappointment to me. Most recently I made a payment in store for an item I bought on my VS card. I was told I had to pay with the card to get a discount. Not worth it... they lost my payment and sent me to the creditor. When I tried to contact them to make it correct they said their system was able to look up my reciept number and they have no way I can contact or speak to their billing department who handles these issus. So I had to mail info back and forth while I continued to get intrest charge to me for nonpayment and effect my credit for the next 6o days. Don't fall for their credit card or free stuff you get by using it. Not worth the hassel to fix their mistakes."

"HORRIBLE online shopping experience!! I ordered a few items online and no more than 10 minutes after it processed I changed my mind and decided to cancel. I sent customer service an email immediately. The next day, I get an email from customer service and this is what it said.
Hello Leann,
Thank you, so much, for taking the time to contact us. I understand that you wish to cancel your order. It's my privilege to respond to you personally.

I regret to inform you that I am unable to cancel your order as it has already been processed. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

As soon as we received credit card authorization for your Order #506285500, our Distribution Center quickly prepared your package for timely arrival. In fact, I expect it to arrive on or before December 5, 2012.

Next time, I would recommend calling us versus sending an email, and if credit card authorization is still pending, we’ll be happy to adjust the order.

I understand you may not wish to keep your merchandise so you are welcome to contact our Customer Service team at the number listed below. We’ll be happy to place a phone exchange for you, and waive the Standard Shipping & Handling charge.

wait, WHAT??? for one, it's been processed. not shipped. Why can't they just not ship it and give me my money back? for two, I sent the email 10 MINUTES after ordering. It's not my fault it took them 24 hours to respond to it. SCAM SCAM SCAM do not shop online with them! All they care about is their money, not the customer! I will NEVER order from them again! I suggest you do the same.

"i dont understant why victoriassecret is so expensive and popular becase their products are very low quality cheap i bought at store bra and panties i wear them 1 day my breast keep falling off from bra i thought i choosed wrong size and give it try one more time and bought new one with help of assitanat still same thing. and just hour ago resieved my online purchuase vilour pants and pjs .i order 1 vilour pant one hoodei one pj set. but they sent me two vilour pants same color. pjs i first wear top than im wearing bottom and looking my legs its big whole on pj pant. and i payed for all of this 140 $ . quality is note worth even your Penny . bad bad bad . no wonder why they dont have review place on their site."

"All Victoria's Secret Lovers do not pay with cash money, when I want to make a reture after 29 days from the purches day they told me that they do not keep that much money in the store, told me to go to lager store, when I did call one of the lager stores they told me same thing, so now I have to take little by little back each day just to get my money back.
I am very upset, they did not complain when I was paying large amount with cash and did not say if I have to make a returne they will not have that amount in store.
So for peope that do pay cash do not go over $200 dollars because that is what they keep and have only in store.

"Horrible, everything is a confusion in there. I had a back-order for a backpack that was suppose to deliver 9/18 one of the reps read my email wrong, changed my order (which i did not authorize) and therefore the time changed to 10/19 I asked for them to set it again to the ORIGINAL product which they did but the day did not change. supposedly it first come first serve bases and due to that reps mistake my spot was already taken. I waited 3 weeks to get nothing.

Than i was told i would be able to get a gift card from there part for the misunderstanding the amount was 39.50$ so i could go and buy it at a mall close by, i was also offered a 30% card for my next purchase but

Now they are denying it and giving me the loop.


I talk to about 10 Reps and nothing. I GAVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The emails you send go from one rep to another and the confusion begins. Its sad to see this. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I WILL NEVER BUY ONLINE FROM THEM AGAIN.

THANK GOd The stores are great.

"BE FORWARNED! I’d strongly discourage anyone from buying online from this company. They are complete SCAM artists. I’ve honestly had no problems shopping in the store BUT my online experiences have been pure HELL!! The first time I placed an order, I received a couple of body creams and a shower gel that were not to my liking, so I packed the items up along with the original receipt and headed to the store for an exchange. None of the items were used - I only wanted to exchange them for the same products, different fragrances. After getting to the counter with my new selection and items to return, I was shocked to find out their return policy. They wouldn’t refund the items at the register and stated that they had to return (mail) the items back to their “Corporate” office which would then prompt a credit on my Mastercard. He said that it would take 7-10 business days to see the credit. He kindly explained that although I wouldn’t receive a refund in the store, I could still purchase the “new” items that were in my hand. I started to do just that until I realized the items were at a HIGHER price in the store, than the returned items! WTH? I declined but went ahead and returned the 3 items and left the store with a “return” receipt and UPS tracking receipt. The UPS tracker stated that their “Corporate” office had received my return 2 days after I took it to the store but I went ahead and waited 10 business days before contacting them. Needless to say, after several inquiries and much frustration regarding the status of my return, they finally credited my Mastercard after 45 days!!
My next purchase was on a humble, not thinking they’d screw me again. This time, I placed an order for several items. When my shipment arrived, I noticed that 3 of the items that I ordered were missing and 3 items that I hadn’t ordered was in the box. Thinking I’d made a mistake, I pulled up my original order online to verify. Sure enough, they botched up my order. I immediately called them. The CS rep tried to make me think I ordered the wrong items, although I was reading my order to her as I looked at it on my cell phone. We went back and forth then she rudely stated that “a phone is NOT a computer”. Anyway, she was more than happy to send out the “missing” items and urged me to return the erroneous items within 30 days so that I wouldn’t be charged. I packed up the items along with the receipt and returned them to the store the very next day. Again, receiving a return receipt and UPS tracking receipt. A week or so later, they shipped the missing items to me, credited the 3 erroneous items at the sale price but reCHARGED me for reshipped items at a HIGHER price! Not only that, they also added shipping charges! I was furious. After calling them, they apologized with a lame excuse and agreed to crediting my card. A month and a ½ later, they charged me AGAIN for the re-shipped items. When I called, she stated that they charged me because they hadn’t received the other items back. (I explained that the items WERE returned to the store the day after I received them!) After holding while she researched, she stated that they had received the items but didn’t know why I was charged again. After a few days, my credit showed up. A couple weeks later, they charged my Mastercard 2 more times! When I called, they claimed they didn’t know why the charges kept showing up. She stated that I needed to speak to the “Editing Dept.” since they’re the ones responsible for the charges, but since they close at 4:30 I had to call back the next day! The next day, after explaining my issue and giving my Mastercard # for the 50th time, they promised to credit my card for the 2 charges. I will be notifying Mastercard to cancel my card due to the unauthorized charges and warn them about this shady ass company. VS can’t get another nickel from me!

"my online shopping experience with victoria secret was terrible. i ordered about five items including a skirt,used a promo code. but didnt quite appreciate the skirt for the price when it arrived, had to send it back. the whole promo discount was deducted from the returned skirt price. with other stores,the promo discount is spread out on your total purchase.
my advice, stick to store purchase cos they have good bra and panties.m so not impressed with the online store.

"Worst experience shopping/returning ever experienced! I wash shopping online at victoriasecret.com and decided I did not like the fit of the items so I mailed them back hoping for an easy return turns out they receive the item return but they emailed me telling me i would have to wait to receive my return money turns out I had a horrible expirience with my bank a month later. I had no option but to close it and get a new bank. So to this day July 31st 2012 over a year after I returned I have not received anything back. I try emailing them and I always get the same response but no closer to my problem. I loved this store but after this expirience I DO NOT recommend this store to anyone. I am a very dissatisfied customer don't let the same thing happen to you and lose money because of their unprofessional tendencies."

"Worst online shopping experience. I frequently shop online from other retailers (asos, Urban Outfitters, amazon, etc.) and I've never had problems like this. I ordered two lipsticks (along with a few other things) that both came in the wrong colour. I got completely different lipsticks called Dedication and VIP rather than Pink and Lilac. After I called to have them replaced and they sent me another two lipsticks of Dedication and VIP... after I had told them those were the two I had already (mistakenly) gotten. After receiving the second wrong shipment, I called again to just make a return for them and the customer service representative tried convincing me that the glittery brown and dark pink lipsticks with different names WERE lilac (distinctly not purple, at all) and pink...
If that really was the case, I'm not going to shop online again at Victoria's Secret simply because their product images are VERY misleading. Lesson learned.

"I came in and couldn't find an associate anywhere. One finally appeared at the front of the store and I caught her. I asked her where the item I was looking for is and she said it's toward the back of the store. I had no idea where the item was, I was just roaming aimlessly in the back of the store. When checkout time came, there were four cashiers, but the lines were so long! I spent way more time in the store than I needed to.
Also, I could not pick out a fragrance or lotion. Everything smells extremely sweet and cheap.

"Complete waste of money. Bought 3 garments from the Website, and were shipped to Australia. Spend over $160AUD and the quality of the garments are horrendous. Cheaply made, crappy thin material, out of shape. I bought a small size one-shoulder sleeved top and it's about 2 sizes to big,(I wear 10-12 australian size) it doesn't sit properly, the material is thin, the stitching is cheap looking. The polka-dot sundress fits ok, but again the material is cheap looking and not worth the $69.95 price tag. Will NEVER use VB again for online purchases. The 1 star I gave them is due to receiving my order within the delivery time stated."

"March 2012 I placed 3 different orders online to get 3 secret reward cards. All 3 orders I made were between $20-$30 and each time shipping was $5.99 (not cheap). It took 2 weeks to recieve two of the orders (the secret reward cards were in the orders) and the very first order I placed I just got today (april 17) and my secret rewards card wasn't in there. I called and told the representative I wanted my secret rewards card because that was the reason I ordered stuff online in the first place, she said "it was on back order so that's why", then she tried arguing that the purchase was made with another order and I don't get one because they only send one rewards card per order. I argued with her and said "NO I ordered it seperate" she took a min and said oh your right, let me email one to you and you will recieve one in your email between 3-5days. That's pretty frustrating cuze by the time I recieve one I will have a few days to drive to the nearest store (1 1/2hr away) to use it cuze I don't wanna pay for anymore shipping. I do purchase alot of good merchandise at the Victoria Secret store but the quality of the stuff you get online is thin/cheaply made so BEWARE with ONLINE purchases!!!!! "

"I Made an order from the UK through the USA Victoria's Secret web site. When the item finally arrived I was charged a further £18 because not enough postage had been paid on the item. I contacted Victiria's secrets to inform them of their mistake but the only responce I received was "Shipments outside the United States may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser", I replied informing them that this was not an import charge but an under-payment on their part, I have not had a reply. I just think it's a bit amateurish not getting the postage chare right and then denyig responcibility when it is pointed out. It added 50% on to the cost of the item ordered."
