"Before placing my order with Victorias Secret, I placed a discount code into my shopping cart. The code WORKED! So, I happily hit "submit" with my order. AFTER I placed the order, the discount code that was there BEFORE placing my order and showing it was valid, was no longer there, and the full cost with shipping of the part showed up. I emailed immediately asking the customer service team to re-add the code. I received a response back stating that it was for Canadian people only (which the code did NOT say). More than that, I already had my address in the shopping cart, so the code should not have showed up as valid if it was for Canadian people only. So, I said "fine," and sent another code I had for 15% off. I waited to hear back again, only to be told it was for Birthdays only. At that point, I asked to cancel the order. The rep emailed back saying the order has been processed & cannot be canceled. Now it is 11/30/07 (a week after I placed my order) and the order still has not shipped!!! If they have not shipped something, why can they not cancel it?!?! I have lost faith in Victorias Secret. I think their practices are misleading, and I do not understand how you cannot cancel something that has not shipped. My future purchases with this company is weak, as I am leary of their ability to actually help. "

"On April 5, I ordered some stuff off the site as a present for a friend. Right after I placed the order, I realized that I had got the wrong sizes. I immediately sent an email to customer service and they replied the next day that they couldn't do anything about it since my order was already being processed. Well, my order didn't even ship out until April 11. I have never had a problem with any other company changing my order and considering I placed it at night and received an email the next morning, there's no way they couldn't have fixed the problem. For the price of those products, I expect them to be a whole lot better in the customer service department. "

"My wife ordered several items from them. The on line took the order but got a backorder email the next day on 3 of the 6 items.That was on 1/17/07 and still haven't received everything and it says dont except it till after 3/25/07.Not very good service."

"I have placed many orders from Victoria Secret and most of the items I have ordered are always backordered, which is fine except for a few times I have got an email a few weeks or a month later stating the item is no longer available. The item is usually part of a set and the other item is no good without the backordered item. They shouldn't say that the item will be available when it will not be. Also the shipping prices to Canada are outrageous!"

"Customer service is horrible. I sent back a few items for exchange, of which one 'apparently got lost'. Instead of getting an exchange, I was charged for the cost of the exchange, with additional shipping - of which I was not informed before hand.

I was then sent merchandise certificates which is not what I asked for. If an exchange was not possible, I should have been consulted on whether I would like a refund instead.

Two emails sent to the customer service were ignored, where I was told that they cannot help me. Calls to the customer service hotline was always greeted with the 'please call on the next business day' message.

I have no idea how to contact them to resolve this problem. In short, victoria secret has got horrible customer service.

"I ordered Christie fit pants and a camisole, and received a free tote bag full of beauty supplies. Everything was of the highest quality. The clothing is beautiful, and fits perfectly. The beauty supplies were listed as "samples" but are so large, I can't imagine how big the full-size products are! The problem with ordering from VS is that there are always so many deals going on, which only apply to certain items, and it is difficult to figure out how to get the best deal. Another problem is that when these promotions are going on, items go out of stock so quickly, and they are not restocked for MONTHS. They also tend to charge a lot for shipping."

"I have made an order through the web on April the 19th,05 and untill today I didn't get my stuff!!!! so bad shipping first it cost more than $6 for shipping and it's taking like forever and they gave me a tracking number and whenever i try to track it on USPS.com it says (There is no record of that item. If it was mailed recently, information may not yet be available. Please try again later). and i started getting woried so i emalied the customer service and they replayed it should be here aroud May 3rd or at maximum by May the 4th but today is May the 4th and it's not here. I really didn't like this shipping eventhough the website was cool but the price and the shipping is tirbble"

"I placed an order using a Victoria' Secret Gift Card and a Visa Gift Card. The order exceeded the amounts of these cards (which totaled $125.00). I was told the overage would be charged to my checking account. I reviewed my checking account, and discovered that the $50 VSC gift card was used, and the rest came out of my checking account. I called Victoria's Secret and was advised that they can only use one additional card per order! They are sending me a customer feedback form. I was not advised of this. Obviously, had I known, I would have told VS to use the $75.00 card and not the $50 card. Fortunately, I had enough in my checking account. I can't believe they don't advise their customer service reps of this rule."

"I am impressed by marketing of Victoria's secret. Thay are doing excellent job. I am always happy with lingerie purchases. They are sexy, seductive, practical--just fantastic. Clothing line is great as well but may use a little improvement. Please realize that catalog and stores are different companies. Overall I am exteremelly pleased with all Victoria's Secret purchases and LOVE to visit their stores and simply browse online everyday. A few words about beauty collection--it is superb as well from my favorite Angel perfumes to Aura Science new make up line. Keep making those sexy ads and lingerie!!!"

"You'd think that for such an established company their customer skills would be excellent. I ordered a variety of bra's and panties online and my order came up to a little over $100, I went ahead and clicked on express check out thinking that the website would take me to another page to put in my billing and shipping address, to make a long story short it didn't it was automatically sent to the billing address.
That's all fine a and good but i realised that that was not the adress I wanted the order shipped to I called immediately and got an automated voice message stating that they were closed fine. So i called around 9 am the next day, thew then told me that there was nothing they could do for me, the order was already being processed so I couldnt change the address. I called back and asskked to speak to a manager who assured me that she would change the adress, I waited and waited for my package to come and it never showed up they charged my credit card, I asked them where the order was and they said that it was sent to my billing address. I drove the 4 hours to DC only to find out that the package was there it came the day before I arrives. I was exteremely dissatisfied and I plan to canel my angel card and never order from them again
