"The expertise was excellent but it took two technicians hours to fix the computer. If it was not for the time the experience would have been more pleasant.
Secondly - Vernisoft should be upfront that there is going to be a charge and what it will cost. The first technician took about an hour or more to determine what would need to be done and then said a second senior technician would have to do the repairs at a substantial cost. They were otherwise polite and helpful. "
"My experience with the technicians was quite negative, communication at times was quite difficult. Although some things were fixed i feel my computer does not run any better certainly not any faster. I asked for a website I play on every day which is pogo.com to be repaired and although several people tried they were not able to and each one gave me a reason why they could not, ultimately I was told that the reason it could not be fixed is that the browser could not hold it although it came out it would not download the games and where i could play as a member and not a guest. I was told I already had it on google chrome and to play it on that. My contention was I paid for the service for my computer to be fixed and it was not."
