However, I do believe that because I do not have a "fast" service -- that is the reason because I've been told this computer has lots of RAM and storage. "I'd give it 5 stars but have not had them do a monthly or 6 week tune up or clean up. After that I will be better able to rate the service.
Also the "sales person" [as opposed to the technician] said that he would talk with his manager to try and help me get some $$ back from the original people who caused this mess. Hope he did, no evidence of that action taken place yet. Hopefully they will contact me.
Otherwise, the techniccian did well, communicated fine, and my computer is working great. So I'd rate the process so far 4.5 stars, but not 5 ...yet"

"They were curtious & patient. The first person I spoke with was Mac. He wS very patient with me because we were trying to get an Apple support tech and some how was connected with Verisoft. I was afraid this was a scam. Then Aaron was the tech guy who got into my computer & corrected my problem. So relieved to find out this was ligit company. "
