"I ordered a Blu-Ray through Amazon and it was transferred to Vann's. Before ordering I spoke to an associate at a local "Blue" major reseller to get some info. I wanted one that had Netflix access. Blue told me which was best. So I ordered it. I hooked it up and it didn't have the feature. Not Vann’s fault. I called Vann’s customer service, and Melody Torres helped me. I told her the situation and without any problem they refunded my money. Melody told me that because it was not their misinformation I would have to pay for the returned postage. Completely understandable. In addition I found the Blu-Ray I wanted for $20 cheaper on Amazon. After checking Melody told me that Vann’s would price match it. I’m very satisfied with Vann’s, and would recommend them to others. Also Melody should get a promotion on training others how to handle customers. Job very well done."

"Located a hard-to-find Panasonic plasma online at Vann's. Called to confirm the order, and was greeted by a friendly and helpful representative. Purchased the plasma, which shipped in less than 24 hours. Arrived a few days late, but that was the shipper's fault, not Vann's. Very happy with the purchase, and looked back at Vann's website to locate an appropriate wall mount. Discovered the set was on sale for $200 less, so called the 800 number. Was again serviced by a great salesperson who assured me the credit would be applied. Next business day the credit appeared on my account. Would absolutely purchase from them again, and recommend them highly to anyone considering a purchase."

"Living on the East Coast, I was a bit skeptical of ordering a 63" plasma TV over the internet from a company in Montana. I did some research and found that Vann's did have a number of good reviews on various websites. I took a chance and am glad I did. I ordered on Monday afternoon and my TV arrived via FedEx Freight on Friday at noon. The TV is incredible and looks great both on AND off. I am now a huge fan of Vann's and will be recommending them to all my friends and family."

"After many good reviews from my friends of vanns.com i decided to give it a try and buy a big screen dlp TV from there. I had found my tv from dell for $899 and vanns.com was selling it for $1099 i asked vanns.com to match dell's price and they told me they couldn't do it. I was surprised since there policy states that they can try and price match and to give them a call (which i did). The rep didn't seem like he was having a good day and just didn't want to help me in any way. I was disappointed and I will let me friends know of my bad experience with vanns.com."

"I wasn't too nervous about ordering from Vann's for the first time, given their excellent reviews, and I have to say, they deserve all this praise. My camera arrived unbelievably fast, which is awesome, because when you order a camera, you want it RIGHT NOW. Not to mention that their price was better than anyone else's, and shipping was free. "I ordered a Panasonic DMC-FZ35K Digital Camera from Vann's a authorize dealer of Panasonic, on their inter-net web site, I like making my purchases this way rather then calling my ordering in and if I have questions I ask by email, I used the free shipping and received my order in 5 days which I feel is a reasonable delivery time the camera was also packaged very well for safe shipping .

Since this was my first purchase from Vann's I was happy find out they are not the type of site that calls and tries to sell you everything under the sun after you have made an order. I've had a good experience with what seems to be a excellent straightforward company, thank you Vann's.

"I purchased the Sharp 40" LED TV from Vann's. Online chat answered all my questions. Shipping was fast and painless via FedEX ground -and- the TV was double boxed with added cushion. The free Sharp blu-ray player was a great deal as well. I definitely will shop here again in the near future."

"Purchased a Samsung plasma PN58B860 plus extended warranty 6-8-09 from Vanns, it turned out to have the infamous Samsung buzz, inquired about an exchange but it was out of stock, they suggested returning it and they would notify me when back in stock, after receiving my refund it was around $250 dollars short, they claimed their tech department detected no buzz so I was charged shipping (both ways)this a well known issue with Samsung tv's yet Vanns denies it, after 3 separate calls to customer service and 3 broken promises to have a manager call me to resolve this still nothing, this was my second tv purchase from them within a 6 month period and also my last, buyers beware."

"Excellent!!

I ordered a 58 inch Samsung plasma TV and it got to me with a scheduled delivery be FedEx Freight. The box had a few rope mark which I would expect an when I unboxed it, the TV was absolutely new with no damage at all.

To all you people that care about ordering a TV online and afraid of the damaged shipping and returning it should be not concerned with Vanns service. Here's a copy of the email response I got:

"We do double box our panels and use certain packaging to lower the damage rate. Very few
do arrive damaged but if this does happen you are covered either way. If you find damaged
after accepting the package let us know, we can send someone out there to pick it up for
you. If there is noticeable physical damaged upon delivery refuse them shipment. Let us
know, either way. I hope this clears things up."

"Vanns.com is amazing, I got new 50' Samsung 560 Plasma TV in 5 days after free shipping. Before looking for online reseller of TVs, I never heard of Vanns.

But after countless reviews and recommendations on AV website, plus the $250 off to their nearest competitor's lowest price. And over $600 off the msrp. Its a no brainer to order the TV from Vanns.

The last time when I got a big ticket item from the local electronic stores, I had to wait 3 weeks pay shipping and tax. Vanns took care of all that was super fast shipping speed, and free shipping no tax.

I am very happy with my purchase at Vanns.com.

"I ordered a 46" Sharp AQUOS LED backlit LCD HDTV and a Samsung HTBD3252T HTS. Price was not the lowest but Vanns showed a solid rating (which was to come into play for me). With Vann's shipping out of MT and my being in Central NY transit time was a bit long.

After getting everything operating, I discovered - to my dismay that the Samsung system utilized composite speaker plugs that would be impossible to upgrade to a heavier wire. Worse, these connectors fell out with slight disturbance to the combined BD/Receiver. This was a fault of the reviews I had read on the Samsung that failed to mention this poor design feature.

So I decided to return the unit. I knew this was on my own nickel but Vann's was very cooperative and I had not a single bit of push back about taking the return. Further, they recovered a music CD I had left in the unit and are retuning that to me.

Overall I am extremely satisfied with Vann's and would recommend them with the sole caveat that one should make sure of your order if you are at a distance to Montana.
