"I bought a ring for my wife. A blue topaz ring with a zirc stone in middle and black plating on sterling silver. The ring itself looked beautiful on the site. When we recieved it, the ring had a chip in its plating. Customer service said that they inspect all their rings and that it was not their fault...no refund they said. Only a discount on next purchase. I told them to go f themselves. My wife chose to keep wearing it despite of how **** and unsatisfied about what I paid for...2 months later and the coating of the ring is mostly gone and u can see the silver under the black plating...that ring was about 200 but I got it on a discount so I spent about 170 I believe. I tried to go on social media on their company profile and tell people about my negative experience. They deleted my comments and blocked me so I couldn't contact them nor comment on their post. I HATE VANCARO, their product quality is absolute dog ****. I wish I could post pictures here."

"I just got my Vancaro broken hearts necklace and preserved rose jewelry holder. They are just as described & as seen in the site, just beautiful. The heart was bigger than expected. The only negative thing is the scratch in the clear plastic part of the rose box which covers the rose. It’s an eyesore but the product is still beautiful. Would recommend."

Shipping product to them for repair/replacement - Simple as it takes about a week to get to them from my address to the address they want you to send your product to for repair/replacement.
Payment - They send you an email with a link to pay - Simple!
Getting product returned to you - IMPOSSIBLE!!!- Takes over 2 - 3 months. I was the one reaching out to them on why my rings were stuck in customs for no reason. They couldn't provide the reason, except it was customs and it happens. This should not happen at all. Product should be returned in 10-14 if you know how to ship correctly. This is why they only earned 2 stars as they didn't seem like they cared about getting my resized rings and repair to me at all. "
