"Overall I am happy with my experience however one aspect gave me pause. I received my ring for Christmas and I love it but unfortunately it was too small. So for 2 weeks it sat in the box while I tried to figure out how to either return it or have it resized locally.
I decided to go through vancaro and followed the instructions. After they received my ring I got an email saying the price was going to increase from what I was originally quoted because my ring was 'scratched'. Again I'll remind you that I had the ring for a total of 3 weeks (one prior to Christmas and then 2 following Christmas) but HAD NEVER BEEN ABLE TO WEAR IT.
Obviously I had no choice but to pay the extra costs because they had my ring.
I FINALLY got my ring back yesterday and it's stunning of course but that part of the experience left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth."
