I was initially soooo disappointed

"I had to report my incident to the better business bureau in order for me to get money. I was ignored by uSell for WEEKS until I finally reported it. I met a number of people in Twitter who had the same issue. Hopefully whatever issue uSell is having is fixed because I’ve been using uSell for YEARS and never had any issues. "

"I received one quote until they received the phone. They claimed the phone was damaged because of the glass screen protector. The screen was never damaged. I will never use them again. "

Crooks and thieves

"I sold them my Apple Watch 3 series almost 2 months ago and haven’t heard anything from them. I have sent numerous emails and none replied back to. I even contacted the business bureau about this fraudulent company. At this point all i want is my watch back. I’m definitely thinking about filing a lawsuit "

After 3 months, no money

"I shipped my phone and 3 months later no check. It was lost in shipping, customer took weeks to reply to my inquiries. I had to inquire again to get a response. Then they needed me to track info for them to confirm the phone was not received. Then they needed more info all so I could complete a claim. Wasn't worth it - I gave up. Customer service was poor. You can't write a review on their site until your transaction is complete and mine never completed. "

Scam

"Quoted me 120 and then changed it to 80 once they received the phone. They gave no reason.
I did it a second time, new buying company, they never sent a kit to send it to the second company. After multiple emails and weeks they told me to print a label and ship it myself.
What a waste of time.

“Hello Nick, I am terribly sorry that this experience did not meet your expectations. I reviewed your account and I see that you placed an order to sell a Droid Turbo 2 in good condition, but the buyer noted that there were several deep scratches on the screen and dents in the frame. Per our risk-free guarantee, your device was returned to you free of charge, since you didn't accept the revised offer. I also see that you placed a new order, but then contacted us for support when your shipping kit didn't arrive as quickly as it should have. Most kits arrive within a week, but if you've waited more than two weeks, we usually go ahead and email a prepaid shipping label to make it faster for you to mail your device. Customer Care emailed a label to you yesterday and made a note in the order, asking the buyer to honor the original price if the package arrived past the 30 day offer window.
I understand that this may have been a bit of a hassle for you, and for that I apologize. We always strive to make the process as smooth and simple as possible for our customers, and we are sorry that we failed to make that happen this time. Thank you for giving uSell a try. HORRIBLE

"I BEEN WAITING 3 weeks after they said THEY RECEIVED THE DEVICES AND NOW THEY ARENT RESPODING TO EMAILS AT ALL. NOT SENDING ANYY PAYMENT. AFTER IM DONE. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS SERVICE EVER AGAIN. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. I DO NIT RECOMMEND THIS ITS BEEN 3 WEEEEEKSS, 3 WEEEEEEEEKKKKKKSSSS. They said it takes 5 days. It’s horrible."

Con artists

"They are con artists. They stiffed me twice on phone payments even though the phones were delivered. I never deal with them anymore and am still considering filing a claim against them in small claims court. "
