"I ordered a laptop keyboard from here and i finally received it. It took about a month to get here from Singapore which was too long. I wasn't in a rush to get it but a month is still too long of a time. There was another site i was looking at to get this which was located in Texas which, most likely, would have come earlier, but this site was cheaper with the shipping worked in. I would order from here again if i cant find it anywhere else, but the shipping time is making me shy away from always going here."

"I ordered an obscure replacement LCD inverter from them; the price was a little higher than some other online retailers with really poor ratings, but still a hundred dollars less than the factory part. I figured no reviews was better than lots of bad reviews, so I took a chance and ordered from Pchub.

The part made it to the USA from Singapore around 2 weeks later by EMS, as I had not opted for any expedited shipping. It was packaged to survive a war, with three layers of padding and insulation in a box 10x the size of the inverter. Included were a receipt, a packing slip, a full set of printout diagrams, and a plastic ruler emblazoned with the company contact info (which also served as a protective backboard for the part.) The inverter was marked with a sticker claiming that it had passed their used part testing, and upon installation it worked perfectly in my laptop.

My only complaint is that they do not communicate much once an order has been placed. They answered all my questions beforehand quickly and intelligently, but I did not receive any sort of confirmation email from them after ordering, and I only realized my package had been shipped by logging into their website and checking the orders page.

If I ever really needed another laptop part that I couldn't find elsewhere, I would probably order from them again. They may not be the cheapest, and overseas shipping is a beast, but they seem knowledgable and trustworthy."
