"After waiting almost 4 weeks, I received the wrong $35.00 part. I emailed them asking why it was a different part number than what I ordered and was surprised when they returned my email promptly offering exchange or refund.
But here's the deal: Even though the mistake was theirs, they cannot refund or exchange without you sending the part back. What they shipped to the US for a few dollars would cost $50.00 to send back to China (and have an 8 week turn around).
So beware - if you make a mistake - yer screwed. If THEY make a mistake you are equally screwed and they know it."
"I would reccomend you not to buy from this company, they will not give you a tracking number, so your taking there word that they sent it or even when they claim, as well as after you ask for this a few times they ignore your emails all together, this company sucks and should be forced to shut down."

i received the invoice and the shipping reference next day which told me that that items should arrive in 2 weeks, and i got my items today after 9 days only which was pretty fast to come from Singapore to Egypt, the items came with fair packing and it could be better as i had some mild scratches on the rear cover and two broken legs of the Button Cover ( which is not a big deal for me as it worked fine though), The items was 100% as described and thanks to that my laptop return as new once again,
Totally it was a good experience dealing with them and for sure i will deal with them again in the future."

"This really is the worst place. I ordered a hinge for a laptop. 3 weeks later, I contacted them to find out what happened to the hinge. They stated I needed to wait 4 full weeks before making an inquiry. After 4 weeks, I make an inquiry. Their website said they have the availability to do a tracking with the shipper, and I demanded this information.
They did not such thing, gave me no status, no reason. The next thing I know they refunded my purchase, but not the shipping...... terrible."
"Supposedly tested & working laptop inverter was sent burned out. Return policy is a joke. As a bulk shipper they paid less than $4 USD to send the part. Cost for me to ship the tiny 0.15 kg parcel USA to Singapore is ~$50 USD & I would also have to pay customs duties. It would be cheaper to buy a 2nd one from them and hope it works. Won't buy from PCHUB again."
"I ordered a replacement, HP-branded power supply for an HP laptop, part number PA-1900-08R1. pchub.com offers a nominal 30day warranty for all its parts, and after ~45days this part started overheating and ultimately stopped working altogether. Thankfully, this was not an expensive part, but I will never order from pchub.com again."

"I needed the cable from my motherboard to my LCD display for my laptop. I was skeptical, having never ordered parts from overseas, I live in the US. Standard shipping was 2 weeks at 17.55 usd. The part arrived in the 2 week time frame and it was the correct part. I installed it and my laptop is working great. I would order from them again. This was the 1st time I ordered from them. I have to rate them a 10.

"I've ordered an LCD cover for my HP laptop. My old one has some scratches and scuffs, so I decided to replace it. Item on the picture was in excellent condition. But one I got was in worse condition that one I had. I realize they sell used staff, but they should at least describe item's condition or show actual picture. Item's price was $11 and shipping was $27. That was still cheaper then buying retail one. I can return this stupid cover to them, but they don't pay for return shipping and don't refund shipping charges. And since they are located in Singapore, it will cost me more then item's price to ship it back. So I'm screwed...
