waiting forever and bad customer service

"Bought a laptop charger and it stated a certain amount of days for the delivery. I did not receive it in the stated dates and when contacted the customer service they changed the number of days for working days as if there were no difference. After waiting more the package never showed up and then they send it again.
I would advise to pay some extra money and buy locally instead of this website.

Ottima esperienza - Very good experience

"IT: Ho acquistato un cavo flat usato per un portatile Lenovo per cui in Italia avevo ricevuto un pezzo non compatibile (anche se dalla descrizione avrebbe dovuto esserlo e per cui sono stato rimborsato). Ho fatto l'acquisto senza iscrizione e con spedizione gratuita. La spedizione è stata molto lunga (più di 30 giorni) come era però specificato nei dettagli. Contattando il servizio clienti (via email in inglese)sono stati molto corretti nel fornirmi più informazioni possibili dato che, una volta lasciato il magazzino, a una spedizione non tracciabile può succedere di tutto. Il pezzo funziona perfettamente e per me è stata una ottima esperienza.

EN: I bought a LCD flat cable for a Lenovo that in Italy can't find. The shipment took a very long time (over thirty days) but that was specificated on the details about FREE shipment. I've contacted the costumer care and they been very kind. At the end, the piece arrived and fit perfectly with my laptop. For me it's been a good experience.

Good service

"Ordered a Service door for my hp elitebook 820 g1, which is quite rare and hard to get in germany. Used paypal for the payment, and got the part after only 1 week in used but very good condition. So: easy to order and pay, and fast delivery from hongkong to germany. Good product, good service! "

"This company is fraud no response after payment. I had make payment but no response following from last 5 months but till date they can't give shipping no.

No communication, can't ship batteries

"Why advertise a part that you can't sell? Ordered a hard-to-find battery. No order confirmation and no communication for a week. Emailed their customer service and they told me they can't ship lithium ion batteries overseas. Well, you shouldn't let me check out the order then. Also you should at the very least send an order confirmation."

Received wrong part and no communication from PcHub to fix issue

"I ordered a fan assembly for my HP 8570w (part number 690628-001) and I received part number 690630-001. I contacted their care email address and provided feedback with no response. It 3 weeks for the wrong part to arrive and I'm out the money I spent on this and will not use PCHub again."

Online tech service suspicious

"My Dad was duped into buying support from this company " PC Hub 247 a subsidiary of Sparkle Techie Inc." Their popup said his computer was at risk and he paid $300. Since then he gets suspicious e-mails from them about password changes, etc. They say they have called many times...but haven't. When he tries to call back the accent is so strong that he can't understand what they are talking about. He is also no real tech savvy...which is how he got sucked in in the first place. No not only is he out the $$$$ but he has ongoing concerns about the safety of his computer and what this company might do not that they have access to it. I highly advise against entering into any venture with this business!!!"

Wrong part number

"They are not selling the correct parts. The part numbers don't match with the computer model. I received the wrong item since they have the wrong part number and even after I indicating that they are wrong about the part I will need to pay for the shipping to return the package, which will cost me $50 USD. Never going to buy from them again. So in short story if you buy the wrong item you are screwed, if they send you the wrong package..... YOU are screwed."

"The palmrest shipped a week later than stated and the seller only made excuses. When it finally arrived, it was dented with deep scratches. The seller's reply was "all our parts are used."

Horrible experience during every facet of transacting business with pchub.com. Now I have to fight to get my money back as well.

"The part they sent (replacement keyboard for a Dell laptop) was not actually new, and the light on the Caps Lock button doesn't work. But they were able to very quickly replace a hard-to-find part, and they met their delivery timeline, etc., all with a good price. "
