"Highly recommended! Ordered a 19" LCD Cornea Monitor (they had the best price on this unit), which would not work with the video card I had on hand but worked with other models I tested it with. I called in to explain the situation and for the first time in my online purchasing experience, I was taken care of with 0 nonsense and no bs. There were no "policies" cited and no "can't or I wish I could" statements. Ray, the gentelman handling my case, had a new unit shipped out the same day without any cross shipping or additional charges. That is what I call service. The sales rep understood exactly how important this was to me and went out of his way to get the new unit to me ASAP. Having been treated so good, I refuse to work with anyone else but these guys since I know customer service cannot get any better. After receipt, found that it would only work with USB1 (kept recycling with USB2 & 1394) - obviously defective or misrepresented product.
Sent email requeting an RMA for return. Was told it was my fault, in that I didn't configure the PC correctly (stange, what's to configure?). I informed him that it was tried an 4 different systems, using different cables, both with and without the power adapter. I told him that I am not new to PC's and PC hardware, being a reseller that has built and delivered nearly 20,000 systems since 1984.
He gave me an RMA number and instructions, begrudgingly, and told me there'd be a 10% restocking fee, which I said was inappropriate.
They only credited $39 (85% of my purchase price), even though I had paid for all shipping, and returned the item totally intact, complete, and resaleable.
