"Ordered a few items, received confirmation of my order and saw it appear on my credit card statement. The next day I got an email saying my order was cancelled, no explanation for why. Contacted support and got a clearly automated response asking me for my name and order number, which I had provided in my original support request. Since, Ive received no communication from them and have been refunded for less than the original amount that I paid. I really just wanted my items but because I don't know why it was canceled I don't feel comfortable re-ordering. Really disappointed."

"I think this is my third time buying this time of the year again. I went ahead and bought the contacts and the wig earlier cause I’ve noticed it would take a month. As last year I was notified the wig does come in seperately from the rest of the order so I didn’t worry about it this time! Wig of course came I think two weeks later and just got the contacts/lashes in today! This is my favorite pair of contacts so far!!! It’s so bright and goes well with blue eyes making them even brighter like gojo from jujutsu kaisen. I’m pretty sure the shipping was faster than my other orders in the past which was really nice."

"So originally I was scared to purchase because this was out of the country and Ive seen mixed reviews. The tracking process was super odd and like no one from customer service would get back to me. I was beyond excited to get these nezuko contacts though and they just came today about 3 weeks or so from the purchase date and they are amazing looking! I have to wait for them to rinse in my solution over night before trying them on but Im exited to see the result because I did get a prescription lense. "See above: I always have to email them to find out why the order is sitting in the warehouse. First time I ordered, I waited 2 months due to overseas shipping, failing emailed, only to find out I needed to pick a lower strength for one of the contacts, but no one had contacted me about the issue. I told them what strength would work from the availability and my order was sent out the next day and arrived in a week and a half. Same thing seems to be happening with my current order. If their contacts weren’t so cool, I’d be done with them."
