The app is dhl since based in Asia so typical shipping is 6-12 weeks some US orders take this time as well! Order number two came first it confirmed USPS delivered one of my packages on Wednesday, not to mention the time to write a individual note on the card and put personalization on my box 10/10. Organized got everything I ordered and two additional pairs of lenses 1 second pair of the UV Electric Blue & Anime circle lenses in the pastel shining heart in blue! 15 contact containers where as other stores do not provide, UNIQSO did this and selected contacts from my favorites to send! They have top notch quality contact lenses from the top lines of contacts who are in production of quality circle lenses! They also provided my haul with tweezers a eye stylus and eye drops to add to my eyes when putting the contacts in no other company does this that I trust, they also present you points with your order to earn discounts towards your future orders which also allows you to opt in 100% free lenses which also can cover taxes and shipping the other competitors I see might be a little faster but given where the co is I expected a wait and it was well worth it to

"They waited over two weeks until I filed a request to cancel my order that I paid extra for express shipping and processing. 30 (thirty) hours after getting a reply from customer service, they shipped the lenses and then they said that they couldn't refund after shipping. I called foul on that and then they said it was a time zone problem. If it wasn't shipped 30 hours after my request to cancel, I would understand but since it was 30 (thirty) hours later, I think they just stole my money. Never use Uniqso! Thieves"

"Ordered on september 30th, the order left malaysia on october 8th, with no updates since. I Contacted DHL E commerce today to be told my delivery date is tomorrow and the post office never received my package, I called USPS with the tracking number and they confirmed they never received it. with the package confirmed lost i contacted Uniqso once again and was told "its peak season and the shipment will be delayed." I contacted Uniqso through Facebook as well as emailing them I have been told its delayed by them when its actually lost via FB and all out ignored on their sites support chat and email. tomorrow i will be calling my bank as its very clear they scammed me. One of the contacts i ordered is sold out now so theres 0 chance of them providing a replacement in time for our event on halloween.
