"I bought contact lenses back in June 2021 not only did the contact lenses not arrive as of now (February 2022) but the customer service isn't replying to my emails so a refund or a replacement product isn't likely, and for several months before they've been telling me to just be patient and I was I thought that due to covid the shipping was delayed but from the tracking I found out that these lenses have been "stuck" in Germany since August and evidently have been stolen so the customer service had just been avoiding to actually help. I doubt they'll ever reply to my email or refund or even send a replacement but I wish they would as that was 75 gbp worth in lenses and express shipping, it's absolute theft"
