"I ordered some Rocky C4T’s, what I got was a Chinese knock off… I needed coyote color, that was the only thing that was right… okay sizing was on point but the boots were so loose at the ankle and the design ****. Boots were heavy and sole makes your feet sore as hell. I spent a load of money on these knock offs. I called to get these sent back and incredibly difficult and the genius that answers the phone was no help. I am **** off that I wasted my time and money. In my opinion go big and spend the money at the actual store or spend that extra 50$ on an actual American made set of boots that’s reputable.

"A culmination of multiple orders over the past few years with consistent problems; weak communication from customer service. Items get delayed, backordered, or have inventory-count issues, and no one calls, emails, or notifies me of the issue. I've had weeks pass by with partial order deliveries and still no notification the rest is stuck overseas due to backorders which existed before I even submitted the order.

Once contacted, customer service is professional and prompt to refund, though unempathetic to the plight and frustration of the customer."
