Brian, a Patriot customer service representative, answered my call. He was professional and ready to help. I explained my predicament and he immediately started see how he could assist. He assured me the items would arrive before I left for my TDY. But Brian did even better...my items arrived two days early! Without the items I would not have a serviceable uniform. "Ordered a parka from USPT, paid for it immediately, got an order confirmation a little later but didn't get a shipping confirmation. Emailed them a couple times and got nothing. Called six business days later and to my surprise within a few seconds a person answers, deals with the issue within a few minutes and emails me my tracking number. I received it in three days which is nice.
Parka looks and feels like it should though the mid-range color of the ACU is olive colored, guess it's a side effect of being manufactured in the prc. (People's republic of China). The parka is yet to be field tested but trust me, I'm in central Oregon in October, it will be. I'll keep you posted but other than the slow play, so far so good. I'm a bit skiddish but I'll try them again if they stock my ECWCS bottoms. "
