Called the phone number on Sunday and got the standard call during business hours message. Tried calling on Monday morning and heard this message: "The subscriber you have dialed is not in service. If you think you received this message in error, please hang up and try again." Order # 00259917 He has 3 weeks of training in August. Really thought buying these boots a month before would be enough time. Seems naive at this point..."
"Ordered the boots, no disclaimer that COVID-19 had made them out of stock, and they weren't, because in the retail store in my exchange there they were.
3 months later, the boots never arrived. I contacted their customer service support department, had the order #, provided all the information. They never contacted me back, and I never got the boots or the money back.
So thank you US Patriot Tactical, for taking my money, emailing me some garbage about COVID-19, and then refusing to acknowledge that you never sent my boots, and refusing to contact me to get me money back. "
