Satisfied customers don't always leave reviews!!! Unhappy ones always do!!! Get it?!?

" As a vendor myself I am aware that it is typically unhappy people who are hitting these sites and leaving reviews. Even on huge ecommerce sites the same applies from experience. A satisfied customer just typically returns for more products and tells their friends. It is not always rational for a happy customer to hunt down a review site and leave a good review whereas it is very likely for an unhappy customer. I just happened to be browsing the internet for information on one of my machines and seen 2.02/10 for USCutter! That is just nonsense and seems unfair so I had to be a voice of reason here. I have been using these guys for years and love them. No, they did not ask me to write a review nor do I usually leave reviews. I just felt this was very inaccurate and a strong obligation to support them as they have me over the years. They have made small mistakes over time with some shipments, but always handled it professionally and quickly. If they were at fault, they handled the expense. Their tech support has always been top notch with software and hardware as well. They have even sent me replacement parts for free to try and resolve an issue I have had that was not under warranty. One I had under warranty they did the same. I don't know what the deal is as I did not read any bad reviews here. I just stopped by to voice my own opinion. Someone needed to be the voice of their many satisfied customers who are not looking to leave reviews! As a loyal satisfied customer I just felt it was an obligation. Hope that helps someone! "

Satisfied Customer - MH 721 - MK2

" After many hours of research, I called USCutter to ask multiple questions (I have never seen a cutter at this point other than videos) They were very patient and knowledgable. A huge help. I decided to order the beginner bundle from the USCutter ebay store. ( research prices. The bundles are a much better deal) I had trouble ordering due to my ebay account. I contacted customer service and left info with a rep. Within 15 minutes I received a call from USCutter and the rep walked me through the ebay process. (They had no money from me at this time, and were still helpful). I then placed my order at 1:30pm Friday and it was here by 1:00pm Tuesday. (FedEx driver delivered it to # B instead of #8). I found my misplaced package, got it home and went to work. I have an engineering and mechanical background, so assembly was easy. I could see the instructions being an issue for anyone without experience in putting a kit together. I have never used a machine like this, and within a couple of hours I was like a kid in a candy store cutting vinyl. Software was easy to set up. No issues at all. Now that I have set up and used this cutter, I can say it is something the average person may have difficulty using, but with some studying it can be learned easily. I have background in Computers (A+), networking, and CNC Machining, as well as graphic design and Adobe Creative Suites, so it came together easy for me. Plenty of how to videos to help with issues that may arise. Last: I do not work for US Cutters nor have they asked me to do a review. "

US Cutter Customer Service Is NOT About The Customer.

"I ordered a 53" Titan 3 cutter and VinylMaster Pro software and paid over $1700 online. As I continued to browse for other items to purchase, I seen that the same cutter in a starter package with more items was cheaper! I immediately looked up my order form today, it was listed as pending review. I called, it took 17 minutes for someone to get on the line. I explained the situation. They told me they couldn't stop the order. The manager was at lunch and that they would meet me half way and refund me $26. Are you serious? I got nothing from the starter park, all the vinyl etc that was included they couldn't send to me. They would give me $26. If I returned the first order for the package order, they would charge me a $340 restocking fee! Basically, I was told too bad! They just lost my multiple heatpress purchases, print purchase and supply purchases. You offered the package! I tried to cancel or change! Its not like I wanted something for nothing. Its the package your selling!"

"My company spends $5000-$10,000 annually with US Cutter. Their customer support is terrible. Their sales team is the worst. I often try to make customized orders. For example purchase a 60 inch roll of vinyl and have it slit to 3 - 20 inch lengths. I've done it numbers times and all they have to do is copy the previous order number. Now they want you to purchase everything online, then call in and tell them it's a custom order. I've been calling for two weeks now. Jessica in sales has to be the worst sales rep in history. I've spoken to two others - one whom barely speaks english and the other who said they would call me back to confirm my custom order has been processed. I'm taking all my business elsewhere. I'm a business owner and would do anything possible to keep good accounts. US Cutter's owners need to get more involved and train their sales and customer service staff. They are loosing so much potential business. I've also received several items damaged during shipping that I cannot use. I've been told they would send me return receipts. To this day I've never received a return receipt. Anybody who uses US Cutter should consider a second option for their supplies and equipment. Terrible sales, terrible service, and it's nearly impossible to get a return call/email back from anybody. If an owner or upper manager for US Cutter reads this comment I'd be more than happy to speak to them. Call me at ***-***-****."

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Placed order with company for sameday will-call pickup. Was informed via email that despite their will call option, the item is not available for pickup so it would have to be shipped from Memphis (instead of pickup in Washington). Despite the fact it was their error, and it would now be a 5 business day lead time instead of same day pickup - they still wanted to charge me $20 for shipping. If this is the type of customer service they offer, I hate to think what "service" I would get if I had a problem with the cutter. "

"Purchased TC plotter for school use & it sat in box until room was available. Instructions are poor for set-up & then discovered company never told me another adapter was needed to hook machine to MAC's. Finally get all hooked up to discover they sold me a machine with a blown motherboard. Called Tech support & they want me to purchase $80.00 new motherboard for a brand new machine that doesn't work out of the box."

"I kind of bugs me to read all of these negative reviews

I used US Cutter pretty extensively in 2010 to 2011

The only issue...and I literally mean...the only issue I had was I ordered a pack of 20 squeegees and received 1 squeegee

I contacted customer service and two days later I had a box of 50 squeegees to make up for the mixup

I've ordered two cutters from US Cutter and countless rolls of vinyl and other supplies

The first cutter was ah MH series which only carries a 90 day warranty

Where I did develop some issues with the cutter, customer support and forums helped me figure out that I was
A) cutting jobs that were too large for the cutter's memory
B) the vinyl rubbing against my carpet on longer runs was creating static

I just ordered an SC series cutter (which should be in today) and I expect the quality will be somewhat better than the MH series as it is a better quality cutter

I also ordered my SC series cutter and quite a few rolls of vinyl as well as some other supplies at 3pm...I had a tracking number by 5:30pm the same day

If I have issues, I will be proactive and contact US Cutter for resolution, not react with some message board trash talk

"Horrible, horrible company to deal with. I bought a variety from their private label vinyl along with application tape, and it is such inferior quality. NEVER trust their reviews - they are written by USCutter employees. The call center workers are SO rude, don't answer your questions, and the whole company just seems like a scam. I don't even want to imagine how horrible it would have been if I had bought one of their cutters. Believe the awful reviews you are reading on here, because they are true. Even if you spend a little more money to buy the real thing, don't hesitate. "

"False advertising and poor customer service! They do not ship same day as advertised. Yes, great prices and low shipping costs, but poor service. When you call to ask why, they have no answer, just that they do not guarantee items will be shipped the same day. They guarantee you will receive the items within 5 business days. They say if you wanted a guarantee, you should have paid for overnight shipping."

"Horrible company. Period. I would be ashamed to operate my biz. like uscutter operates. It's a shame because they have just about the best prices on vinyl, but like the cliche, you get what you pay for.
I ordered some of their own brand of clear transfer tape. Long story short, it was a very poor product. After a day or two from being applied, it would go from nice and bubble free to being riddled with bubbles. This stuff ruined two full jobs I had done; upon calling usc. and telling them of my ordeal, the salesman said *I shouldn't have bought something that was poorly reviewed* and usc refused any attempt to make things right.(the bad reviews on the tape were from people using it for a non-indicated use, it was for layering and that's what I needed it for. Turns out it is truly a bad product) Yes, those were his exact words. I do admit to buying a poorly rated product, but my explanation is above in parenthesis. Even if I were in error buying this product because it's garbage, that kind of means usc shouldn't be selling it, does it not?
Also, ONE OF US CUTTERS EMPLOYEES HAD TO WRITE A REVIEW FOR THE SAME TAPE I BOUGHT EXPLAINING IT'S TRULY A GOOD PRODUCT!!
What kind of company needs to have its own employees write reviews for its line of goods?! If the stuff is so good, and if "There are 1000s of loyalists out there that swear by this tape and in all of our product testing we have had nothing but good experiences", then YOU WOULDN'T NEED A STAFFER TO GO ONLINE TO PROP UP THE REVIEWS!!!! Cream rises, guys, and this stuff isn't it.

"Bought a US CUtter MH 721. used it a few months very intermittedly. Now the motherboard is gone and use cutter will not stand behind it. Piece of crap cutter. They send you pirated software from a company that no longer exists. Never do business with these people. They are scam artists. The tech guy even admitted that they knew this cutter was junk."

"I have two uscutter refine series cutters and both have worked very good. Had an issue with calibrating at first to get it to cut well. Easy adjustment. Found out that screen savers can cause an issue with cutting causing it to stop. Once that was corrected, no problems. I have probably cut 500+ 18 x 24 signs without issue."

"I order two ink cartridges from uscutter. It arrived a full week later and since I had needed it within 3 days (figuring I would get it in time) I was forced to order from another supplier and paying for UPS overnight AIR. When the ink finally arrived it was to expire in one week's time. Ordered in November, expire in November?? Tried to save a couple bucks from ordering from them, and ended up paying more. Will continue to look for another supplier. "
