Terrible Customer Service

"I was in the market for a White Toner Cartridge and was looking at purchasing from Ghost. I copied the model number of the toner cartridge and searched for it on US Cutter and purchased based on that. WOW!!! My $300 mistake. I opened the cartridge to find out that it was not for my printer. I called US Cutter and talked to a representative that told me "Sorry, there is nothing we can do. If it wasn't opened then I may be able to request my manager take a look at doing something but since it was open, there is absolutely nothing they could do." I opened it because your web site matched that one to the Ghost one. I will NEVER do any business again with this company. Nowhere on the packaging does it say the Canon printer number which come to find out was 054 and I needed 067."

Poor Customer Service

"I have been a customer of US Cutter for years. I've purchased pricey cutters from them and loads of supplies. I'm grateful that machinery hasn't failed me because now I am quite certain the service would be lacking. On Friday, I placed an order for a roll of laminate. On Saturday, I realized it was the wrong item and not compatible with my decal vinyl. That is of course my fault. I promptly wrote them Saturday morning requesting to cancel and I apologized for my mistake. No one responded to my email. On Monday, I got a shipping notification. I promptly called them within minutes of the notification and explained the situation. They said they couldn't cancel the order because it already shipped. I then required about the return policy. They said I would be charged shipping both ways and a 20% restocking fee. What is a restocking fee? I pay them $50 to put the item back on the shelf? It would have been nice to extend a little grace to a long-time (former) customer. Shop at Stahl's! "

Horrible customer service and Order handling

"We have been doing business with us cutter or several years. My wife places orders for equipment and material and if there is a problem with a portion of the order she receives an email to that effect. I placed an order last week for material and waited for it to be delivered. I recieve an email stating my order was cancelled and refunded. I called the company at area code 425, and was offered by robo voice to hang up and I would recieve a call by representative. I did recieve a prompt return call from another area code. Yes your order was cancelled, the product is in house but not in 5yd length, only by the foot or 10yd. I waited a week to find out they couldn't cut 10yd in half or offer me the 10yd instead. I would have paid the extra. I have spent $$K's with this company and they dont care. I have purchased equipment and continued business with this company in spite of reviews. They treat you just as if they know they are the only game in town. Proceed with caution and if you can find someone else, pay the extra. Do not get into a position of reliance on uscutter. BTW, this is only the second review I have EVER posted about someone's business."

Horrible customer service!!!

"I have been trying for 4 days to get ahold of customer service and finally, once they answered, they put me on hold for 50 mins and then hung up. Good luck if you ever need any help! New machine received 5 days ago and still can't use it or return it. "

Terrible customer service

"We have been placing orders with this company for a while. Spent thousands of dollars . We made a return 3 weeks ago and they simply ignore us! No money back, nobody picks up the phone, no email reply.
I’ve never seen a business like that. Looking here I noticed a lot of people have had the same problem and we will make a claim with BBB. So disappointed!

Awesome Customer Service

"Spoke with a representative today to place an order. He answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable, polite and patient. I was pleased with his service. We have our own business and my husband had a large amount of question . we have purchase 2 mh cutter from US cutter and he walked him thru the website and gavs him the information om the next purchase to be made. To find out that the rep that we were speaking with was helping out another store bec his was **** down abd his spirit was still up beat. I was very please thank you . I don't remember his name but he was from seattle . stay safe and thank you for taking your time the call was an hour long!!! Great customer service!! "

US CUTTER DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE 30-DAY PRICE MATCH POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL SALES

"The Washington Consumer Protection Act expect American businesses to give a partial refund in case of a item's price drop within 30-days-period. If you are buying from outside the U.S.A, "U.SCutter" will completely dismiss the law and you will not benefit from a price readjustment. It takes 5 min for an accounting department to revise the sale, change the price and issue a partial refund, but they prefer to be regarded as "unfair" business."

Cheap quality, no price guarantee, horrible international customer service approach

"Cheap quality: US Cutter TITAN Series have all their parts made of cheap plastic materials and other items of substandard quality, mostly made from China.

Buying Chinese technology directly would be a better option.

Even because

US Cutter shipping to Canada is extremely expensive and does not worth the hassle. Better deal with China and get it shipped by boat.

US Cutter sold me a TITAN 53” and 7 days after, USCutter offered the same product 200USD cheaper and although it’s part of their state policy they DID NOT HONOUR their 30-Day price match policy.

Communication strategy of the USCutter is horrible, take for instance the Titan cutter (supposedly their best item) which comes in 3 models: TITAN 1, TITAN 2 and TITAN 3. The website does not allow you to compare the 3 different models and makes it difficult for us to find a considerate reason to upgrade.

Over the phone I learned that the TITAN 3 is the only that has a vacuum device to hold the paper tight while cutting, TITAN 1 and 2 do not have this feature and such information is not clearly given to people who search for differences between these items.

If you try using their customer service message box and you belong to their international category most likely your messages will be ignored for a while.

The so-called international office does not have a phone extension, it can only be communicated over email and they never reply. Not good for business, if you go through a issue, they won’t give much attention.

I would not recommend USCutter to Canadians, Europeans, Mexicans or South Americans businesses. Their take advantage of your location to not comply to their business responsibilities.

Just go for Roland cutters, their are way better and some of their used ones are available in the market.

Probably finding a new supplier.

"The first order was only for around $250 or so - transfer tape roll has "join" with painter's tape - that was great for my decal - won't order transfer tape or vinyl here again. This time I spent $851 or so on sub printer and mug press, etc. Mugs arrived perfect, by the way! None broken so there's that! But, the mug press - no manual that really applies to it and the "help" from the links on the website take you to the main webpage. lol useless. The sublimation paper - that isn't cheap - thrown in a box with some other stuff and the edges crushes so thanks for that. Everything arrives separately so you have different boxes on different days showing up unlike the competitors that actually put the "bundle" together in one shipment. I also had friends order $1000+ before this last issue. We will all be moving to another supplier. "

Worst customer service ever

"Long story short, we called customer service for an issue we had with them messing up our address. UPS was on the line with both of us explaining to the man the issue and that all we needed was approval to pick up our package from the UPS hub. The man we spoke with who claimed “to deal with this kinda issue all the time” continuously interrupted us, told us to “let me finish” and refused to listen to our responses. He was very rude and we have never experienced customer service like that. Not even an apology for the mix up. Never purchasing from them again. "

Poor customer service

"Have been ordering from us cutter for a couple of years. Paying with PayPal. Pretty fast shipping. No issues until recently. I have had issues with the last 2 orders I’ve placed.Ordered 2 yds of oracle 751 on9/11/18. I was shipped a 5’ and a 1’ pc. Thought it was supposed to be continuous. So I followed protocol and e mailed them. Return response was they would get back to me within 48 hrs. Never heard from them again. Was not able to get ahold of them by phone. Placed another order on 3/17/19. One of the rolls of vinyl was crushed in the middle of roll rendering it useless. Followed protocol again and filled out their replacement form online. No response from us cutter. Had to buy a roll of vinyl from somewhere else to finish job. Neither time was I able to contact them by phone as once their phone message is over it hangs up on you. I’ve called every number I could find with no success. It seems that they put off your issues until they go away instead of trying to resolve them. "

Received Damaged Item & Then Got The Runaround As I Waited 6 Days For A Replacement That Was Shipped To The Wrong Address

"Do not buy from this company. Their customer service is a complete waste of time & will only frustrate you further if you encounter an issue with your order.

I received a damaged item on 2/14/19. I contacted them that same morning & was told a replacement would be sent out. A business day later finally received an email confirming that my replacement was shipped TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I don't know why they wouldn't have just sent it to the same address as the original order, I never made any indication that I was ever at a different location. I called to have this changed & waited on hold for over 20 mins to talk to someone. I finally got someone & let them know that it was going to the wrong address & was told that this already shipped out & they would ship another replacement to the correct address.

I never received any further confirmation that a new item was ever sent out. I sent an email on 2/16/19 asking for confirmation. I know this was Saturday, but I expected them to atleast reply by Monday 2/18/19. I emailed again yesterday 2/18/19 & still never got a reply.

I ended up calling & after waiting on hold for about 20 mins, I finally got someone & explained the situation again after they claimed they had no info about my order going to the wrong address. I was then put on hold for another 10 mins while she looked into this for me. She came back & asked which order this was about & as I was telling her it was a replacement I hear "Thank you for calling US Cutter" & she hung up. Are you kidding me?

I called again & asked to speak with a manager. After explaining my situation & telling the operator numerous time to please transfer me to a manager, I was finally put in touch with Greg who I wasn't sure if he was a manager or not. Greg told me that they contacted UPS & had the shipment changed to the correct address & this wouldn't take place until the shipment actually moved. The shipment has been moving since Friday night & there was no change made until I called to confirm that a replacement was sent. This reflects so in the tracking as well. I asked to speak with a higher level manager & was told that someone would contact me when their schedule allows.

Now I have to wait another business day for something that should have been here yesterday. It's due to arrive on 2/20/19, a full 6 days after contacting them about the damage. I will never buy from this company ever again. At the very least it would have been nice to refund the shipping DUE TO YOUR MISTAKE.

Please don't buy anything from this joke of a company.

Not wanting to give me a refund !

"I ordered a printer package that cost $2600 and hp tells me it’s not compatible with my computer and UScutter is arguing that it is compatible and at this point I don’t care I just want to return it because this is such a horrible company to work with. They are trying to find every excuse not to grant me the return. I have purchased products from this company but they just lost me as their customer. I will never purchase anything from UScutter again. I do not recommend them at all, not even to my worst enemy. "

"Please God bless this poor soul who obviously has diabolical antics! I will spend the rest if my life telling the entire world about these con artists. The attorney general, the media, every forum, etc. They already blocked me on fb and hang up the phone immediately just like everyone else says they do. If you dont eliwvw me read th BBB complaints, there's two red flags stating they don't value customer service or their products. This company needs to be shut down immediately and I will have a class action law suit. Someone who has no integrity or the welfare or u.s. citizens do not deserve to legally run a business. Go somewhere else with those thief tactics, no morals, and evil tendencies! God does not like ugly Matt or his lead, greg, and the rest of the circus. Clowns I tell you, an infestation of lethargic imbeciles!!"

"I ordered vinyl about a month ago. I never received it, nor did I get a refund. I called and called and I was hung up on multiple times after they answered. This company has robbed me of my money."
