Worst experience ever!!!

"That's happened to always and today it's happened to!!!!! I'm waiting whole day for package from Amazon (USPS) and just update my tracking it's told that 5 minutes ago (6:55 pm) they tried to delivered. Are they serious????? i'm waiting for this package at home from morning!!!!!"

Poor customer service

"On your app had pic of mail i was suppose to recieve, 2 months later i get a response there looking for it. Next day get another email saying cant find it Nd tells me next time to put return address on mail. I wasnt sending mail out, was waiting for it. Terrible customer service."

Calling USPS

"You have to listen to the robot recording asking you to do a survey, it wasted your time while after the long begging for you to participate in the survey you have to press button for your question that is not framed in their boxed listed questions. You have to ask for customer service and then wait 45min on hold for a human to pick up. Time consuming and you are already frustrated because you already tried to get the information off their web site that is now more draining and complicated. The live customer rep did help and gave me accurate and more information that was helpful."

Joke!!!!!

"Post office in newark nj on frelinghuysen ave NEVER pick up phone. Doesn't matter what time it is.Why? They should be federal employees with manners and respect for others. On 7/18/2019 mailman when asked about my package don't even checked my phone with email from USPS with confirmation number. Asked where is my package he said I DON'T KNOW and slam doors in his truck yelling at me GO TO POST OFFICE. Very nonchalant, arrogant. I am person with out leg on manual wheelchair.When I ask him how I can go to post office in my condition he said I DON'T CARE. Can somebody help me with this? Complaining on their website no bringing any results. How I can complain about this particular post office?"

Terrible service

"Terrible service. The wait on the phone to be served by an operator is so long (More than 40 minutes). My package has been lost for more than a month and they don´t have any solution. The only thing that they can say is "Once the package is in Mexico, it no longer belongs to us". Never use this company, They are incompetent."

USPS: Are they care the customer???

"Jan 14th I send package to MI
Jan 17th at MI they received a damage package
I contact local post office Federal Way, WA for asking what should I have to do, they told me have to file on line and wait. Problem start from here, USPS could not solve the problem and my package is disappear!!!???
Jan 31st the post office at Holt Michigan take the damage package back, and then I receive $50 check?
From the day open the claim on line (because the local post office told me) until Jun 25th I was looking for my package and they promised me to return it, but I never see it

I'll call you "IF" I find your letter....

"I wish you had a "negative star" review system... Two months ago, (my paycheck) went missing. Went to talk with them and. After waiting for 20 minutes to talk to the supervisor, he asked for my address, phone number and said he will call me "if" the letter showed up. I'm still waiting... 3 weeks ago, same think, fortunately, this time my paycheck showed, 4 days later... Same problem now, two days had passed already, nothing. The funny part is that the manager will just ask for your info and look at you smiling and say, "I will call" three times this happened already, NOT A SINGLE TIME has the manager called me. He should be replaced asap for someone that actually appreciate to have a job. That smug smile on the supervisor, like thinking "sure! I'll call you". Again, that guy should loose is job and someone that actually cares should replace him."

Returned package before even putting it out for delivery

"I ordered supplies from Amazon, one of them came from an Amazon seller, who used USPS. Package arrived at carrier facility at 6.15 am. At 8.46 am they had it out for "delivery", but at 9.14 am already returned to seller . They just returned it already before even go on the road. USPS carrier arrives here never before 12 pm. This has happened several times now. I have paid additional service to UPS to get all their sure-post what they have delivered by the USPS normal to have delivered through them. All the complains to the postal service end up with nothing. They don't care. We have the mail carrier from hell here. Very lazy and stupid."

They are a GOVERNMENT Office!

"I'm writing this because I realize that the other people reviewing the Post Office are a bunch of **** Nuts who can't tell there **** from a hole in the ground yet alone a government office from a corporate office. Yes there are some bad USPS branches and even in the good ones there are some bad employees but a lot of the people are good hard working people trying to do a hard job in a outdated system with more government rules and regulation than most oversight committees in congress put in place when starting a new committees. The fact is for each story of wrong done by the postal service that you read on this or any other site there are literally thousands if not hundreds of thousands where the transaction went smoothly (I'm unsure of the actual numbers because I'm not a psychic or omnipresent deity but considering they deliver over 187 million pieces of mail annually I feel my numbers are close enough for a ballpark figure). The fact is the post office is the one government agency that treats all people using its service fairly regardless of race, gender and or wealth when it functions properly and has good people working in that branch. If you have a complaint and want real results try opening a dialogue with your local Postmaster they are the boss of your drivers or you can waste your time **** and moaning into the void that we call the internet. The choice is yours."

WORST COMPANY

"Literally the worst company to ship anything with! Packages Never arrive on time!! I ordered clothing and they arrived 2 weeks after the original delivery date. I am still currently waiting on a phone case that is 5 days late!!! This is ridiculous if I could give it 0 stars I would! Absolute WORST company to ship with!! This is why I pay extra for UPS!!"

Lazy, dishonest, rude...from carrier to corporate level

"I have had problems with the carrier not delivering packages for 2 years. He falsifies delivery records (he never even puts the packages on his vehicle) and lies about safety. According to him, everything is unsafe. I'm surprised he even leaves the local facility...or even shows up to work. After all, he could get a paper cut. The carrier complains about safety, yet there are no safety issues with the UPS or FedEx drivers. UPS and FedEx have delivered here with zero issues my entire time living here. My lazy liar carrier makes me pick up everything. We have to take time off work to pick up packages and drive 20 miles total even though we have made it very easy for the USPS to deliver them. I have complained and argued numerous times with zero progress. The postmaster doesn't care and is argumentative and defends the carrier's laziness. The postmaster's boss (senior operating manager) doesn't care. USPS.com complaints simply redirect to the postmaster. Consumer Affairs takes the side of the postmaster and wants to close cases immediately, whether the customer is satisfied or not. The customer is irrelevant to this company and the minimal energy actually expended by USPS is only to reinforce their own laziness and terrible service. I guess the monopolistic nature of the company allows them not to care at all.

I vow to complain about USPS whenever and wherever I can, to post videos of their terrible and rude behavior whenever and wherever I can, and to continue to complain to online sellers who use their inferior services and ask them to consider alternative shippers.

I hope my lazy carrier quits and stays home in a bubble inside a fallout shelter, so he can be safe.

Still no Package!

"I was to receive a package, roughly around the first week of this month. USPS claims they tried to deliver my package but could not find a “secure location.” I find this strange as I had given them the door code for my apartment building. Anyway, I had to reschedule the delivery but this time USPS did not deliver the package at all! I called customer service, through Amazon, because I couldn’t get through on my own and they established a connection. The USPS representative gave me a case number and said I would be contacted to get the package sent out. Well guess what... no one every contacted me! So, once again I had to call Amazon and receive their assistance. The Amazon representative sent me another item but unfortunately it was sent through USPS again. The package was tracked all the way until late Friday night where the tracking information says package will still be shipped tonight but it is almost 10:00pm where I live. So, needless to say I called Amazon again and had a refund processed. I would to only have my items shipped through UPS, or FedEx but unfortunately that isn’t my choice to make! "

Bad service

"Very unhappy with their customer service. After my paid priority mail not been delivered to A VERIFIABLE address, they tell me I have to pay for each time I want them to try to deliver my package to a state office. I had paid priority mail, which if not delivered on time or to a verified address, I should be getting my money back! (This was told to me by a supervisor at the USPS 1800 customer service and I even have an open case on this!). They told me they would help me just one time? They need to refund my money and help me each time it is their fault that a package is not delivered."

Slow and careless service

"This delivery service is dreadful. Mail is frequently delivered way past expected due date. Often letters and envelopes are delivered folded and packages damaged. Almost on a weekly basis, mail intended to be delivered to me is delivered to someone else or vice versa. I would trust sending mail and having it arrive intact and on-time via a blind, 1 winged carrier pigeon over USPS."
