"They break laws to protect their feelings from being hurt they hate cameras even tho it's legal to film from any public place from any public federal property these mother **** work for the public and they treat the public with disrespect and they should be shut down and a new mail system needs to be elected "

The Contents of my Package have been replaced with GARBAGE!!!

"I received this package after it was a week late, the box was completely destroyed and after opening, all the contents had been swapped out for something else! This was a crucial package to get to me to continue my business. I am currently out a client and 10's of thousands of dollars for my business. The person who sent it did not get insurance and now it seems USPS just says "Oh well, **** for you" This company is f**king garbage, will never use this service again and will be sure to go out of my way to inform everyone about my experience with USPS today! This company should be burned to the ground.. Absolutely ridiculous service.

bad customer service

"Yes I'm writing this review to let you know to anyone who is looking know that the United States Postal Service **** I am a 43 you're old grandmother and I have been having a problem with my mail carrier and her manager for the last few weeks to be more blunt in the last 7 days they have put my mail as hostage they will not deliver it they will not let me pick it up not even with my driver's license that shows this is my address this all started when my half- black and white daughter parks on the outside of my yard she is not blocking my mailbox in any fashion shape or form the space between my neighbors fence and the end of my driveway is about 15 ft she's taking up about 4 feet maybe 5 ft of that space clearly the mailman can pull up to my mailbox put my mail in and pull away but she keeps getting into arguments and disputes with my daughter over her vehicle even though other people in the neighborhood have their complete address blocked with cars and they are drug addicts that could potentially put her life in danger just by getting out of the car but she's harassing a 43 year old grandmother and her half-black daughter and no matter who I have called and reported this to nobody will return my call I've escalated it to Washington DC I reported it to customer service at the postal Department I even went in person to my post office they're believing the lies coming out of her mouth and are not listening to me a resident of Arizona a United States citizen I have not lied disrespected or treated this woman in any fashion she performed I did however asked her what her name was I guess she took that as threatening she has told her supervisor that I called her name's told her she was lazy and disrespected her but that's not the case I did not speak anything to this woman other than asking what her name is and she herself could not look me in the face and say otherwise but since she is an employee of the United States Post Office they're taking her word over mine even though I have pictures and videos to prove everything I'm saying no one will listen to me and as of February 3rd 2021 my mail has been held at the Washington and 35th Avenue post office in Phoenix Arizona they will not give it to me they're holding it hostage they probably have already sent stuff back I wouldn't know because they're not giving me my mail if someone is reading this and can help me please reach out to me cuz I am at the wits in and I don't know what else to do I thought reaching out to my elected government officials I would get help but isn't nobody returning my calls I have reached out to the the postmaster attorney general I even reached out to the postal Department in Washington DC where are elected official works but nobody has reached back to me hopefully we can work together to get this fixed I just don't think prejudism is a place in art Mail system and I'm sure that's what's going on since I have never had a problem with any of my mail carriers and I've had multiple different races of mail carriers all of them sweet kind and helpful so I'm unaware of what I've done to this mail carrier to make her not want to give me my mail but hopefully someone can fix this"

Horrible Experience

"I wish there was an option for 0 stars. USPS let me down again!! Sometimes you just need a kick in your b**lls to stop doing something. USPS did that for 2nd time. I paid extravagant money to get my shipment "Priority Mailed" from DC to Houston, Tx. Useless to say, the shipment reached in 32 days (instead of 2)! 10 calls and 15 hrs on phone plus 6 hrs on website and emails inquiring them, is the time with which I have to pay for. On top, I was told by the receiver " take it easy hon, it's the holiday season!!" Can't believe these kind of people are running a business and charging people upfront for services they cannot provide. I was not given a refund, or a claim, since it eventually reached by 2021. However, with ridiculous service and bitter experience, I would Never ship anything with them again! Use my experience and don't use USPS for time-sensitive, or expensive shipment, or if possible, Anything!"

Overnight Packages LOST

"In one year we have received our overnight packages HALF of the time overnight! The Stamford, CT redistribution center LOOSES or HOLDS our packages. Someone in that station needs to lose their job. This is ridiculous "

Headache and Frustration

"It's always a frustrating experience with USPS!
You pay extra for faster delivery and you NEVER get you stuff on time.
Customer service agents are useless (when they finally answer your call).
Just shut USPS down, you guys are useless and shameless! Blaming your negligence on the pandemic...You've always been like that!

Only carrier that steals packages

"I have packages delivered via Amazon truck, FedEx, UPS... no problem... ever. USPS packages come up "missing" (USPS claims they delivered). Either the carrier is stealing them or I have a very unusual neighborhood thief who has a USPS package fetish! I am out hundreds of $$. I have resorted to questioning sellers/retailers and refusing/canceling sale/order if they use USPS.

Horrible! Consistently Horrible!! Hope they go out of Business for Good sooner rather than later!

"Absolutely Horrible! I do so hope they are defunded and replaced by a private company! I DO so HOPE the US POSTAL SYSTEM ( I guess the misnomer is "SERVICE" when in reality it is a DISSERVICE!!) will be DISMANTLED and go out of business for good sooner than later! THEY are unwilling, unable and uncaring to follow BASIC INSTRUCTIONS! Over and over again! Leaving packages outside my gate even though I have a LARGE SIGN to ring the bell or toss the package over the gate but NOT leave it outside! "

Three months later before the pandemic.

"Today’s Aug 11th I filled a claim on April 29th. #9405508205496240914340 I had been submitted all entail from both parties. Submitted all evidence as well as many photographs. Then again in mailed letters, and emails. I a high numerous levels of evidence and correspondence. Never one response. I had called many times. With them repeating there selfs to send physical evidence to the Supervisor of domestic claims in St Louis. Repeatedly I did so. I even sent it certified with Insurance. Now unbelievably 3 months later the website says denied. Never a letter, never an email, never a phone call. It is very clear that no investigation was looked into on this claim. When there own plastic wrap is around the package states “We care” by the USPS acknowledging that the package was delivered damaged. Regardless if this is read or not. This is my experience only and this will go out existential repeatedly to every contact and availability that is available in social network. Not to pay additional insurance. Mind you the situation was before the pandemic."

USPS lost a parcel and have no intentions to reimburse.

"2020-02-16 I shipped a parcel from SC to PA. The parcel got lost in transit.
I was forced to fill up 2 identical search request because the first one have disappeared.
Made whole bunch of phone calls received a whole bunch BS emails from USPS.
On 2020-06-01 ( 5.5 months went by) USPS informed me that the search had expired. That's all.
Kind of strange that a business failed to deliver of what was promised and doesn't want to reimburse.
Only wasted many hours communicating with them.

AWFUL

"Awful! I wish I could give them zero stars. First off, the postal workers have been shoving packages that are WAY too large into my mailbox. Many of my items are damaged because of this, causing me to have to return them and hope that it does not happen again. My mailbox is also severely tilted because of the constant shoving of mail in and out of my mailbox. I have filled out several formal complaints online with USPS and nothing has been done. I also get other people’s mail ALL the time, which is concerning because where is my mail going?? They don’t care about their issues and will not fire employees that have been working there for years. They also drive on the sidewalk all the way down my street so that they can be closer to the mailboxes, which is ILLEGAL. "

Customer service can not be reached from outside US

"How nice. If you are not a US citizen and don't live in the US, you can't reach customer service. Tracking ****. Since April 11, the package is at a facility in Chicago. It's April 18 now. Can't fill out an online form as a non US citizen. "
