"Overall good. Merchandise good quality. When the 1st partial shipment arrived, the packing slip looked like they thought that was all of it. I scanned a copy of the packing slip and emailed asking about the remaining items. They should have replied to this email, so far they have not. A stock email saying "why don't you wait a couple days and see what arrives" would do. Some wording on the packing slip warning this is sometimes a partial shipment, would do."
