"I was really when I found UMIDirect, they had the exact shirts I have been looking for. The ordering process was simple and easy to use. It was a little unsettling when the payment page did not display secure transaction lock or other information assuring me I was on a secure page for entering credit card information and I almost did not place my order. However I did and I received my shirts as promised, with one exception. One shirt out of five was incorrect. I have contacted customer service to help me correct this. Overall I am very satisfied with My new shirts and with UMIDirect."

"Buying clothing on the internet can be hard. I have been buying shirts of a particular style over the last two years. I recently placed a new order but ordered the wrong style. I have since returned the wrong shirts and will get a refund soon and reordered the correct style. I am out the cost of freight for the return but it has been a seamless transaction so far.
