When I contacted them I was told that they would send me another one but I would have to pay a fee to get it expedited. When I asked why I had to pay a fee for their error I was rudely told that they were doing me a favor by reducing my shipping fees. When the second turbo arrived it again was wrong and they told me that they have a catalog issue and cannot process my order. I lost a customer due to this and this is very poor customer service."
