"This has to be the least reliable and worst service I have ever recieved, EVER. The product arrived smashed into pieces. I was mad, but I figured it was the shipper, not Turboled, so I followed the return procedures and sent it back. I have not recieved so much as an email. I have written them at least 5 times telling them about my dissatisfaction, but they neither ship me a new product nor do they answer my corespondence. I would NEVER recommend this seller to anyone. Buying from this seller is a mistake. Don't let their low prices fool you, you will pay for it in the end.

"I placed an order for a HP PSC 2210 all-in-one printer via Turboled.com September 4. I purchased it for home use. It has yet to show up. I looked at my online account information and the company has not even listed a Fed-Ex shipping number, ergo: they have not even proccessed my order. Thats unacceptable.
I have emailed them several times and have recieved no response. That too is unacceptable. I have called frequently and have yet to get ahold of ANYBODY. Very unnaceptable.
Next stop for me is to report a credit card fraud with AMEX, report them to Pricewatch to have them removed from the search engine, and call the BBB. I would not recommend this company."

I had some issues with shipment tracking information via e-mail and their weblink, but they apologized for it and explained their recent change of courier services and tracking updates.
All my shipments have always gotten to me within the paid and promised timeline. In all, a good online reseller that I WILL do business with again in the future, and hopefully all tracking issues will be completely fixed by my next order."
