"The service was great, both on line-on and on the phone. I was very please with the quality of the ring. The only issue I had was the delay of the shipping and one minor issue. I had called to check on the status and was told they messed up on the engraving. I told them I needed it by a certain date and they changed my shipping to overnight with no extra charge. Even when I got the ring, the engraving was still wrong, they left out a letter. Anyhow, I had to send it back, Tungsten World sent a return label to me and about a week later I got my ring.
