I was notified shortly after my order that my ring would ship the following Monday but this did not happen it was actually shipped on the day that I was due to receive the ring. I feel as though fed-ex was more of the problem due to the fact that I received notification that they were scheduled to pick up the shipment that Monday but failed to do so as stated. I have had issues each time that I have received merchandise shipped through fed-ex. I would like to see that in the future that customers have an option ups, fed-ex, or otherwise.
